During my call I found out they have walk ins on Saturdays. They told me to be there early because a line would form. That was all well and good. They opened at 12pm so I arrived at about 10ish with coffee and some time to play on my phone. When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me. I was surprised, but stoked thinking I am glad I did not wait longer to show up. Noon came and someone came out w a clip board. One customer in front of me changed their mind, so only one person in front of me. They said it would be a couple hours to wait. So we walked around. At 2 we went back to check in and they said it would be 2-3 more hours. I hired a babysitter until a certain time thinking our tattoos were small and not super detailed. So today was basically a waste of time and resources in the sense that two people drove down from Portland and I arrived so early. Everybody was nice and friendly but having a more well composed system in place would have made today less disappointing. I don't think they would do a bad job. The fact that they have a line would suggest they do good work. But all the same, after 4 hours we walked away disappointed in the shop. All three of us have pretty busy lives. The ability for us to do this again is limited. Super disappointed... Follow up I wrote this review at about 4pm same day. Now it is the next morning they never called at all to come back. The tattoo's could be amazing but they need an office manager perhaps or a better system. Disappointment continues.
