My computer was dead and came to my home and reviewed it at no charge but advised that I need another laptop (Dell Latitude E 5430 with Core 1.5, . In less that a week I received another laptop that he sold to me at $150.00 ,I received on the complete Mircosoft office,publisher, antivirus and made sure that I understood how to work everything on my new laptop. If you have question about the laptop ,he makes himself available to you. CURRENT UPDATE: Refer to my photos. This is a great example of an unprofessional response from the owner. For him to say that as a customer I "do not get to say anything about [him] with no repercussions," is completely preposterous. Customers have a right to submit an honest review about their experience with a business, and frankly, Al continues to validate my reports about his unprofessional conduct and poor conflict resolution/management of customer complaints/constructive feedback. This is not your regular run-of-the-mill computer guy. He literally exhumed genius when it came to troubleshooting and solving my sons gaming pc issue. We had been to 3 other providers and none of them were able to fix it. He was the only one that did not charge up front fees and was the only one that fixed it. My son's gaming PC wouldn't turn on and we brought it into NYQuest to see what was going on. Al was great from the very first discussion. He was thoughtful and explored options for solving the issue- ended up replacing the power unit and saved us a ton of trouble and time- not to mention money! Al went far and beyond of what I paid for. 50 bucks got my hard drive replaced and a memory upgrade. I have an older model computer and he had some extra memory which he gave me for free. I also got a free upgrade to windows 10. He made things real easy to understand. I now know that I should not be using my Administrator account as my personal account. This guy was great.
