Two weeks, no repair, and my laptop came back damaged. Avoid this shop…read more I brought in an Intel MacBook with charging and logic board issues. Apple's Genius Bar had already diagnosed it, and I brought their written diagnosis, the part numbers, and a repair process I had researched. Before going in, I called to confirm they offered this repair and was told to bring it in. At the shop, I was told a diagnostic fee was required, cash only, and I was given no receipt for the payment. I wasn't comfortable leaving my device, but I felt pressured and paid. I was told I'd get an update within two days. Timeline 9/9: Dropped off the device. 9/11: Got a call that suggested they weren't sure which device was mine. I was told the technician was still working on it. 9/17: I called for an update and got the same answer. Later that day they said they would try new charging ports, even though I had told them at drop-off (and Apple's diagnosis noted) that this had already been tried and ruled out. They said they'd text me a list of other parts to order. I never received it. 9/18: After I followed up by text, they said they couldn't repair it. I said I'd pick it up and was told to come between 6 and 7 pm. I texted during that window and got no response. 9/19: Went to the store and was told the device would arrive that evening. I followed up before closing and was told to come back the next day. 9/20: Texted to ask if it had arrived and was told to come the following day. 9/23: After I mentioned filing a police report, I was told it was at the store and I could pick it up. The laptop came back with scratches on the lid, missing screws, and cross-threaded screws. None of this was present when I dropped it off. Photos attached. In total: a cash-only fee with no receipt, missed promises, unanswered messages, no repair, and damage to my property. I would not recommend this shop.

They scheduled me for 9/22 (two weeks later) to install the new timer. He came and realizes they ordered or received the wrong part. Today is 9/26 and Sasha (receptionist) says they still have no timeline of when my appliance will be repaired. I had to pay half up front. Roughly $150. I've asked to speak with a manager (Kim) for 2 weeks now, non-existent. I've asked to speak the owner, out of country. I've asked for my money to be refunded. I'll happily pay the service call fee. They have to contact the owner about the refund and he's in Turkey by text only. LMAO You've got to be kidding me! They always tell you they will call someone to help you resolve the issue. Im still waiting. I've been more than patient with this company. After today's response from Sasha, whom I called, I'll take my money elsewhere. Just run me my $100 back please "ASAP"! And when the owner sees a bad review, he claims that these are fake accounts and the customers aren't listed in the database.
