Tradition along with a three generations of experience, love and passion for food and people make this a great venue that stands out from all the rest in Warragul. The menu is Greek with varying specials depending on what is taking mum or dads fancy. Pizza's are traditional Italian style, crusty, lightly covered with high quality toppings that ensure the crunch is maintained and in balance with the topping flavours. Very good bar with higher quality wines and of course Greek spirits. Enjoy the sprinkling of family history on various walls. Go a few times, and you will feel like family! Maxtreemely recommended

Back then it was a full family affair with his brothers and sisters a part of the business. As years moved on Con's wife and kids were also thrown into the mix. The Liberty Inn shut its doors in the 90's and Con moved back to Greece with most of the family. Today not much has changed. The Koutsotheodoros family re-opened the Liberty Inn's doors in 2011 and carried on the same tradition. Once again the Liberty Inn is a family owned and operated business with a focus on pizza and Mediterranean dishes. It has experienced a complete overhaul to really freshen the place up with a modern feel. The food however is still the same. A throwback to traditional tastes, don't expect to find loaded pizzas with processed toppings at Liberty Inn. The kitchen and pizza bar both operate on the proven method that less is more.

Stopped here to have dinner before our penguin parade. Lots of seating indoor and out. We had a…read morenice table near the windows on a chilly evening. We chose to split a salad, the bread and olives, and a pizza. While I like veggie pizza, husband likes meaty pizza so we asked if they could do a half and half. While they said, they don't usually do that, they made an exception for us. We love that focus on the customer and appreciate the accommodation. All the food was excellent. We were debating about all three salads and our server suggested the one we got and we were not disappointed. Such a nice light dressing and lots of veggies. For dessert, we had the affogato. I love that dessert. So simple but delicious. Husband hates coffee and loves ice cream. I love both so works for both of us.

It was a fairly large restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Decor was nice with an unusual display of motorcycle outfits mounted to the walls. We were promptly seated and asked a couple times by different staff if we were ready to order. It seemed like there was a lack of coordination. However, after placing our order it did take awhile to flag a waiter's attention to get water refills and later one to go box for leftovers. In general the pastas were good in size but a bit lacking in flavors and seasoning. The bolognese and arrabiatta tasted about the same. The chicken risotto was watery instead of creamy. The romana pizza turned out to be the best of all the dishes we tried that night. At the end of the meal, we paid at the counter in front.

BEST PIZZA IVE HAD IN YEARS. Honestly…read more I was astonished by how good the pizza is here after first coming here a month ago with friends from overseas after exploring Wilsons Prom. The base is thin, and freshly made, you can watch it being cooked in the kitchen's large stone oven. I've just eaten here again, and the pizza was consistently just as good. Unfortunately the bruschetta bread was over-toasted and my glass of Pinot Noir was a bit vinegary. That said, this place still deserves a FIVE. Staff typical small town very polite, especially the few attractive young ladies. There's also an illegal blonde (dyed hair), who is very flirty, and judging by her excellent, confident and gracefully swift manner is probably owner or manager. This place also has a Deli and a Tourist Info office. So pizza just as tasty as the Wilsons Prom National Park is mesmerizing. High praise, consistently well deserved.

The pizza is top notch; even close to the great pizza you get when you're in Napoli. Good selection of beers on top (although Ichnusa and Peroni are not great Italian beers - there are some great boutique beers coming out of Bologna you should add to your list) , and an excellent selection of Australian and Italian wines. If you're in the neighbourhood, make sure you drop by.
