Photos as proof 90% of the wood pieces were tiny unusable pieces around 1 foot long. This is not a normal length whatsoever. I was scammed. Lower tier wood that isn't select and at a high cost doesn't come at such short lengths being the majority of every box. When I spoke to them about it, they said they can't talk to me about it until I drop it off to them so they can give it to their manufacturer. They refused to pick it up. I had to rent a truck and drop it off to the warehouse and only had two hours from 3:00-5:00pm to drop it off. They didn't refund anything on the boxes opened. They charged me 25% restocking fee. Moreover, they claimed the manufacture said it's normal sizing. I spoke to my installer. He said this is a very cheap lowest quality grade. He has only seen it a couple times in his whole career and it is around $1.50 a square foot for a customer to buy it. It's the scrap wood that's left over. They sold it to me for $7.50 I have never dealt with such played in scammers in my life. I knew something was wrong because when I went to pay them, they gave me a different company name not Global Flooring. They come off as very polite and courteous, but be careful. These are scammers wolf in the sheep's clothing. Stay away don't get scammed the way that I did.

We were settling on a white marble or grey quartz which the store didn't have in stock. It would take at least a week to do the custom order for delivery. They suggested to check in Queens, particularly College Point and Flushing where most countertop and cabinet showrooms are located. We came across Tiger Woods, coincidentally since we were parked right in front. The store's showcase is small. However, it's impressive enough that it gives you a general idea of what they offer. There is also a good selection of cabinets, sink, hardware, etc. The sales staff are phenomenal. They will give you recommendations based on your needs or wants. The guy that helped us sketched the sink layout and precise measurements to ensure a perfect cut for the countertop. I had to deduct a star due to an issue with their delivery service. Otherwise, it would had been a 4 since they were an excellent choice. We were told, they would call us a day ahead to arrange for the delivery time. Unfortunately, no one did from the store. Apparently, the same guy that assisted with the countertop was off on Wednesday. I'm now being told at 8am on a Thursday that their driver is 15-20 minutes away. This was extremely unprofessional on their part. Countertops are extremely heavy and requires at least two ppl to lift into the house. He assured me that it was under 6 foot so it should be doable. If only he was actually there in person to lift it. It was like lifting a giant slab of concrete! The driver was not happy about lifting it inside my home. This was even after I offered to tip him. Overall, I would recommend them for their service and selection. However, I would strongly suggest to call and re-check on their delivery schedule.

Eric said company policy won't allow Swan to drop off the sills next door at De Luxe Cabinetry and Tiles. On the day of installation, workers came without a shower bench. Then all of a sudden, the company policy allows them to drop it off next door. When I measured after the trapezoid bench top arrived, I realized Swan polished the wrong side. Eric and his manager were unwilling to recut another piece or provide any form of compensation. This trapezoid bench top was already sloped. Swan only offered to polish the other side. But what good is that? It's already sloped. Even before it was sloped, polishing the other side and then cut flat the polished side would have made the bench top too small as it was measure as an exact fit!!
