NYC Halal Eats definitely creates a vibe; bold red, white and black color schemes throughout. Happy to greet you, happy to serve you. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. It's nice to watch the preparation of the bowls and platters being made. Enough to share; meats laid on thick and crisp fresh vegetables. Cheeseburger Philly, Chicken Philly, Classic Philly, cheese fries, sweet tea lemonade and sweet corn nuggets. Imagine creamed corn, battered and fried. Delish. Everything was really good. Hubby said we are returning soon. Warning: the theme of this restaurant is to overload and not overcharge. There is NO need to ask for extra anything. Each sandwich is a foot long and fully loaded with meat. So much so that only the sandwich fits in the container. Fries get their own separate packaging. Price point is perfect.

Monster platter was very good, chicken and falfal was very moist and the salad on the side was a nice addition to the meal.

Awesome food and kind service I thought everything was good and packed !!I like the design of the store as well

The Philly cheesesteak was OK too much seasoning not authentic the location we went to is 13037 Lagrange Rd., Palos Park cheeseburger was not bad, but definitely not a real Philly cheesesteak

The place is clean a decor is cute. The young man that took order was pleasant. It did take a minute for food to be prepared. The only drawback to me is they service can sodas and not fountain drinks there nothing like a good sandwich and an ice cold drink to wash it down.

I got here at 1:07AM on 9/29/2025 and they told me the place was closed since 1AM even though Apple Maps said the place closed at 2AM. I drove from Rockford, IL to here to try the food as a first timer. I spoke with an employee at the door and explained that and he said that they typically close the kitchen at 1:30 but they decided to close the kitchen at 1AM today. The employee stated he would go ask someone in the back if they would except 1 more person and he went to the back and another guy came from around the corner waving at his neck indicating they won't be accepting me inside. I saw the other guy smirk at each other and shrug their shoulders. I will not be supporting this business and will tell everyone I know to not support this place. ZERO stars.

Food was great and fresh. Definitely recommend the steak platter and lamb platter. Big enough for 2 people.

Everything we ordered was so good, and the service really made the experience even better. Our…read moreserver, Mones, checked on us often and gave great recommendations on what to try. We started with the veggie appetizer, and the house-made pita was honestly the best pita I've ever had -- warm, fresh, and perfect with all the dips (which were all delicious). For our entrée, we shared the mixed grill plate. We did ask for the filet mignon to be well done but slightly pink, and even though it wasn't exactly that, everything still tasted really good and flavorful. To drink, we had the lemon and mint, which was super refreshing. For dessert, we tried the kunafa (hope I'm spelling that right!), and Mones walked us through it and explained everything, which made it even more enjoyable. Great food, amazing service, and we'll definitely be coming back.

The parking is pretty hard they do have a private parking but the Restaurant gets too crowded.the ambiance was very family oriented as a matter of fact there was a family with a persistent crying baby I got a huge headache. I did turn to give a look but finally after a 30min long listening to the cry. My son loved the brisket. I don't get it why he did not order authentic Palestinian food. I did enjoy the coffee it helped me with the headache

Listen to me, I've driven by this place so many times and wondered what's really good to eat here…read more Most of the time I was intimidated by the traffic here, and how cramped it can seem - but let me tell you, the food is WORTH IT, man! Just the bowl of lamb broth pre-meal is worth an hour of wait. I DREAM OF THAT BROTH, it was that good. I wanted to seek out the chef, and kiss his/her hands, but I don't have bail money, so I didn't. Their grilled fish was also to die for; booked through perfectly, and juicy, with a bunch of beautifully caramelized seasoning giving it a scrumptious yet delicate flavor. Baba Ghanoush can be had as a main, versus a side, the portion is aplenty, and the flavor is top notch; I prefer my ghanoush more chunky, but this is creamy and satisfying too! Overall, thoroughly satisfied, this is the kind of meal that will have you hating yourself for not getting here sooner! Go try it now..... it's not just about Yemeni Coffee, the food is amazing too!

Yemani Adni tea was good, but unfortunately was pre mixed with sugar - no other choice was possible. Appetizer of a breaded chicken Sandwitch was OK, the hummus left a lot to be desired. Only Lamb Mandi was good. Chicken Biryani was too oily. Could not understand the freshly made dessert of dates, cream and others. Service was with a smile. Staff was accommodating. I will give it another try after they have run the place for a few months and hopefully improved.
