Despite countless emails, phones calls and texts, the job was not completed to any level of satisfaction. They offered to help fix the issue, but not in a timeline that was convenient for work purposes and stated that "they did the job asked". I had to hire a new cleaner and requests for a reasonable refund were ignored. I would NOT recommend.

They were also very receptive to feedback regarding products, equipment, and any spots I had concerns about. They went above and beyond for my basement flood clean up and spent extra time working (for free) to clean some of the spots that I wasn't even expecting them to do! Overall, I am very satisfied with the job that they did. I do believe that they needed slightly more equipment than they had to complete the job in the time frame they intended to which is the reason for the 4 stars. However, they completed the job in a timely manner and ensured it was to my liking before they left!

My husband is obsessed with cleanliness but he loves coming back home after they clean our apartment. We introduced NYC Supermaid to his mother and she loves them too! Hiring Jenny was the best decision I made as a working adult!! She does an impeccable job with no stone left unturned. The company is double bonded and fully insured, and I feel very safe allowing Jenny and her staff to be in my home -- if I so much as leave a bobby-pin on the floor, it is placed neatly on my bathroom counter for me! I have recommended Jenny to several friends who have all reported positive experiences. Jenny is flexible, conscientious, and very trustworthy. I recommend her without reservation, and I am so grateful for the relief and peace of mind that her biweekly cleaning visit brings! She's a lifesaver!!

What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came!

This is after she's done crying and saying how she's trying to save them through Jesus. She can't wrap her mind around the fact that people live with physical disabilities that she has not had yet and subjects them to humiliation last minute intentionally. Showed up late, left early, ended up having to vacuum and dust after they left, and they had to return after I told the owner that the baseboards in my bedroom were left filthy. My things were not returned to how they were found and my kitchen floor was barely mopped. I work two job and I NEVER have anyone clean my apartment, but I only have one day off a week and for once, I didn't want to spend it cleaning. I paid what was owed because I didn't want no static with these strangers in my home, but I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. They're gonna tell you they are going to clean this, that, and the third, and proceed to do a half ass job. Going to have to find another service because this was not worth the money or time. UPDATE: After the owner decided to not take accountability for a terrible job, I will expand. I did say that an hour later would be great, not realizing that they would rush the job and still leave at the original time (when Carlos arrived, he told me that they would do two hours instead of three I was paying for because they had another job scheduled after and needed their "rest"). None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down every surface and clean every baseboard in a deep clean.
