We enjoyed it so much that we are all going back this summer (2015) along with several other family members. Jonathan is the ultimate professional. He arranges all of the details and removes all of the stress & worry. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy yourself. As an American tour guide, his knowledge of Switzerland -- the country, culture, people and language -- is second to none. My wife and I have taken 2-3 vacations per year the past 15 year together and this is hands down the best vacation I have ever been own!

She will guide you through everything you need to know in order to use your camera effectively to get the shots that you are after. I took Jennifer's tours with no photography experience other than my smart phone, and shooting my mom's camera in Auto mode. Now I feel comfortable and proficient adjusting my exposure, aperture, white balance, ISO, shutter speed, and more. I cannot recommend Jennifer's tours enough. They are excellent for photographers with little to no experience, photographers, who want to improve, and photographers who are just feeling unmotivated to get out there and actually shoot.

But strange enough, you couldn't buy a one day pass entrance to the actual festival so you had to pay for the entire 3 days @ $15 per person. So my family of 4 spent $75, for nothing. Rides were expensive, not much games for kids. The balloon show at night glow didn't pan out, Sunday morning balloons didn't sail off so my poor children got up at the butt crack of dawn walked a 1/2 mile to find out they wouldn't be taking off. How disappointing. There are many more reviews on google than on here so I suggest if you consider going to go read those as oppose to the ones on here. We won't be returning in the future.

Yes, there was supposed to be balloons at 5:45 am in the morning, weather and pilot permitting, which is another way to say that there probably wasn't any balloons. Even if we woke up early to see no balloons, the rest of the booths open up at 10, and the music doesn't start until 5 pm. Honestly, do the organizers expect us to wait 10 hours between the possiblitity of seeing a balloon and the free live music, because those are the only things you get for your money. Never again.

The bus was spacious, comfortable, stocked with waters, and had a great sound system that kept the energy and excitement going as we traveled between the ceremony and reception. Our entire wedding party had such a blast -- it felt like the celebration started the moment we stepped onto the bus. The driver was professional and accommodating, making sure we got where we needed to be on time while still letting us enjoy ourselves.

In true travel fashion, our guests were slightly challenged with delayed flights and missed connections BUT Rex was able to coordinate adjustments timely and with thoughtfulness and ON THE SPOT. He was extremely communicative and made sure that we didn't have a thing to worry and that our guests would arrive to their destinations without any further hiccups.
