The work that was done was good but the owner, David, made promises he could not keep. He promised vinyl cornerposts of a specific color and this is stated in his signed contract. After the rest of the siding was delivered to my home and they were about 25% done with the siding he informed me that the vinyl cornerposts were not available to him in the contracted color. As a result alternative materials had to be used which I did not want. Also he promised to show up on more than one occasion and he did not. Damage was done to my driveway from the container, a cable repairman had to be called because of the damage done by the installers and an air conditioner repairman had to be called because the installer put a tarp over it during the removal of the old shingles and it shut down and had to be reset by a technician. Also a rain sensor which wirelessly controlled the underground sprinklers was removed and thrown away even though it was shown to David before the job started and instructed that it must be reinstalled for the system to function properly. There were other more minor issues too. All of these expenses, I was told are my responsibility but you should be aware of the ancillary costs involved with the job due to damages done. Finally,because I did not pay the final installment until the following business day after completion, (I kept getting conflicting stories on when the job would be completed) the owner, David got quite nasty.
