When you inquire and attempt a return they point to a tiny hand written sign in the back of the store obstructed from view. The sign states exchange only. The item my child purchased was from outside of the store, we was never fully inside the store to see the obstructed sign and we was never verbally informed of final sale. Also team members refused to call management. Avoid avoid avoid. Also during my complaint they attempted to have my son pick a tattoo as I guess a peace offering. I was also asked if I "smoked weed".
