I am genuinely stunned by how catastrophically bad my experience was at this business. I chose this place because of the glowing reviews and recommendations, and I cannot overstate how profoundly disappointed--and honestly, furious--I am. My car looked worse when I picked it up than it did when I dropped it off, and I truly did not think that was possible. For $300, I expected a clean vehicle--especially as a mother of a newborn and a toddler who deliberately paid for this service because I do not have hours of free time to scrub my car myself. Instead, I now have an even bigger mess, new damage, and the privilege of spending more money and time fixing what should never have happened in the first place. There was dog hair still everywhere. Dust on every surface. Sticky cupholders. Crumbs in the seats. The mats looked untouched--still full of salt, dirt, and debris. It was immediately clear that nothing had been thoroughly cleaned, wiped, or detailed. But the worst part? The seats I paid extra to have steam cleaned look ruined. They now have stains they didn't have before. And multiple interior surfaces in my brand-new vehicle are scratched from whatever they used. The car even smells worse than when I dropped it off--like damp, dirty socks instead of anything remotely clean. When they asked me to inspect the car and I said I was absolutely not satisfied, they offered to "fix it in 20 minutes." The level of work needed would take hours because the original job was barely done--and what was done caused visible harm. I cannot express how unacceptable it is to charge this much money, perform substandard work, damage a new vehicle, and then refuse to offer a refund. Not only did I waste $300, but now I have to spend my limited time--time that should be going to my children--re-cleaning and repairing the mess this business created. This experience has been infuriating, stressful, and genuinely upsetting. I would never return here, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. read more

Very upset with the service. I paid for steam and hot water extraction on seats and carpet and could tell right away it wasn't done. The trunk wasn't even touched. Not only that but no one even let me know when to pick up my car I showed up and they were all leaving and my car was just there turned on I could see and feel the only areas that were wet/worked on. My seats have some leather which is the easiest to clean and even those areas have stains still. Very disappointed. I had used them years ago and loved how they had left my other car and went back with those same hopes. So disappointing. read more

Fernando was great! I can't believe how much pet hair they got out of my car in so many areas I couldn't reach. Not one inch of my car wasn't cleaned. Will absolutely come back and recommend! read more

My husband is a fireman, and with winter coming up he was wanting to get a 4X4 so he could go on calls even when the weather gets bad. He also expressed to Zach Roller that we needed something safe because we have a 5 year old. He traded my husband his working truck for a truck that littlerally broke down the same day. He has offered 2 other vehicles, one he claims will most likely have the same issues as truck he already traded us. And one he has for sale for almost half the price of the one he had for sale that we traded for. He refuses to make this right. People like this are the reason people do not like used car salesmen. read more

Wouldn't trust them to clean my lawn mower. Good work, but hope that they don't damage anything. if they do, they get real quiet and shrug a lot. $430 to deep detail my daughters first car. When we picked it up, the console arm rest was open because they somehow broke the latch. $500 in damage. not so much as a "sorry." I'll give the manager one thing, he sticks by his crew. If they say they didn't do anything or remember anything, he believes them. They hide behind "we have a contract" and "we don't take pictures" before hand. Zero genuine concern for the issue. read more

I balked at the prices, but they had good reviews and were recommended by a friend, should have gone with my instincts. My car is a 2seater hatchback and I inquired if such a car, not in their pricing, would be less. I was told no, its still a car....should have been a red flag. So I read their interior/ exterior description and thought that would do the trick, especially since they emphasize scrubbing. I had cleaned one seat myself a while back and it looked better than what I got back. Why didn't I just do it myself then....too hot, no time and too old...lol I get the car back and exterior looked good, especially the tires, but I get to the hatchback and they didn't bother to take sticker residue off the window....smh Inside there was sticker residue on the flat part of the dash NOT SCRUBBED very well to still be there. The shift knob was all sticky on top, like the cleaner made the leather sticky. Rear window was missed as well as small storage compartment on dash. The seats were not good. If you scratched on the fabric it turned lighter, had to brush that out and reclean. Carpets were ok and the back hatch area was fine. I did tell them about my displeasure and they offered to fix it up but I already took care of it. So, good they offered. However I do not recommend NWA Mobil Detailing. It was way overpriced for quality provided. I have photos, wish you could post here. I have another company coming to do our other 2dr next week for half the price and they are really mobil, they don't charge to come to you. I'll let you know how it goes. read more

These guys are outstanding and very service oriented. Zack showed up on time to pick up my car but I had a flat tire. Zack without hesitation threw on a spare and even offered to get tire service. Oh and they still detailed the inside of car like new and delivered car back to me at promised time. 5 STAR se read more

Both my children play travel baseball/softball so my truck is rarely clean. Decided to use the "offseason" as a time to get it detailed. The guys did an amazing job getting it looking close to how it looked when I purchased it a couple of years ago. Would definitely recommend the company to others needing an auto detailing. read more

AMAZING JOB! Our car sat in the driveway, driven a handful of times, for 15 months. There was dirt in places we didn't know could get dirty! I swear the car looks BRAND new! These guys are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE!!! Worth every penny!!! read more

My advice is to go pretty much ANYWHERE else for a detail. I was referred by another detailer in the area for a vomit smell removal and everything about this experience was bad. THIS BUSINESS ASKS FOR PAYMENT UP FRONT AND NO REFUNDS FOR A REASON: YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF. When I picked up my car, there was still dust on the surface areas, explained away by "theres pollen in the air". Also still a few smudges on the seat he had to spray and rub out still. Had told me to pick up an hour later than scheduled because he wanted it to be perfect. Mind you, this is a $400(!) interior only detail. Okay. I let it go because at the time of pick up I didn't smell any vomit and I needed to get back on the road. A few days later, I notice that the area he disassembled in the back for cleaning had the seat track cover missing (you can see the floor through the carpet with it gone, looks bad). I also found miscellaneous business cards and gift cards that weren't mine in the door. I wonder if any of my belongings ended up in someone elses car? So I called to see if he left my part lying around his garage and could just put it back on, no response. A few days later, I sent a text message showing him the part that was missing so he could look for it, again, no reply. Two weeks later, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and only then did he return my call. At that point, you are thinking a business owner would eat a little crow, say they were busy, etc how could they fix this? Nope. Just screamed at me for 5 mins that he wanted his money. My part missing was "a 30cent part and I should just "handle it"". So, if the detail you pay for, up front, ends up with missing things or parts out of your car, according to this business owner (joke), you need to just suck it up and make sure he gets his money anyway. Nice. Wow. Fast forward, the smell has returned, I found out I was totally ripped off and there are other detailers who do vomit cleaning for MUCH LESS. Avoid this crook operating out of his house garage. read more
