I have never seen such shitty work in my life. I moved from the home, back with my parents where I was safe and the SEVEN different times I returned to the home I was NEVER able to get up to my home!! The driveway has been a sheet of ice EVERY TIME and I have gotten stuck and had to be towed twice!! I just received a phone call from my father who is now stuck in the driveway AGAIN with the locksmith and the tow truck is now stuck!!! They are all stranded waiting for a another tow truck!!! The response from Family Lawn Care: "We just plow...we aren't responsible for ice, sand or salt." However, they didn't mind charging my credit card every single time they "plowed and salted" my driveway. In fact, the last time this happened I spoke with the owner and he said that he would be right over with sand and salt to help. He never showed up. He also told me that he was waiting for the weather to warm up so he could get rid of the ice. On a unusually warm 45 degree day, I immediately called him and asked if he would work on the driveway that day and his response "well now the ice is too heavy because it has turned into slush." If I could give less than one star I would!!! Awful people!! DO NOT USE THEM

Robert (Bob) Lang recently handled my office's renovation and I have nothing but highest praise for him and his team. He told me a couple times when some challenges came up, "there are no problems, just solutions". And he backed those words up with action - whether it meant still coming out through a major snow storm to meet a deadline or taking on extra work when other services fell through to make sure the job got done.
