Rylan did amazing at scaring us the whole time, room was super fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend and return!

I returned to NW Escape Experience, and had a great time! I went with the same group of friends, and they are amazing to watch in action! The staff really make the experience so much fun..Michael did an amazing job of making the Atomic Cafe set come alive! I loved all the details in the room! After the experience, they offer a discount on your next experience, which is wonderful for people that want to try out the other experiences. Wonderful first time experience! Ashley was an amazing puzzlemaster, knowing just when to jump in and help when we were stuck, with just the right amount of information to kick us back into solving-mode. I really liked this aspect; that there was a person to help when we needed it! read more

We had such a fun time! We were slow at first which was a little stressful as we watched the clock tick away, but once we started getting things figured out it was such a blast. We had so much fun working on all the clues and piecing them together. The room is very well done. We did Atomic Cafe. Rylan was our game master, was so good!! You could tell he really loved it and probably enjoys acting - he was great in character and fun to talk with as himself once we finished. Donicia at the front desk was so nice and helpful too! All around it was such a great experience. We will 100% be back, we want to try Ronnie's Room read more

Well, where do I even begin? Escape rooms... what a place of subjectivity. Was it fun? Was it challenging enough? Was it too challenging? Was it scary? Was it scary enough? Was it timed properly? Was it cost effective? Was the staff accommodating? Was the staff into it or just a scripted person dissatisfied with their job? The answer: IT WAS PERFECT! Our team decided they wanted to do an escape room as our "Holiday Party Event". Well, lemme tell ya - that isn't the easies thing to plan when you have a couple DIE HARD horror lovers and a couple DIE HARD NON-horror lovers... even more difficult to find out after you made the reservation that you picked the most DIFFICULT one possible. Oh sheesh! Lemme tell ya, the folks over at NW Escape Experience have it all figured out. Admitting I was totally at fault for being a touch tardy, we walked in the exact moment our experience was to start. Rather than being fussy or rude, they clicked right into character and made us feel so welcome, it was jarring. I immediately felt at home with their entire team. They got us on time-track quickly and our experience was launched. Ronnie's Room was TERRIFYING and yet, delightful. Caleb who played "Ronnie" was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My heavens, this guy must have a degree in theater. He played the role, kept the energy alive, kept a dash of horror while making it enjoyable even for those on our team who didn't quite love the idea of a terrifying experience... Caleb nailed it. He learned our names, he read the room, kept us moving, and kept the spirit alive! I can't recommend this place enough. Truly, folks, go give a little love to the team at NW Escape Experience. I give you my word, you won't be disappointed! One last shout-out, Caleb, you're a delight and joy! We can't thank you enough for making our Holiday Party + Team Building Experience quite fabulous. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

We have done all of the rooms and thoroughly enjoyed each of them. Atomic cafe, DBCooper, Jurassic are appropriate for all ages, youngsters to grandparents. A cut above other escape room establishments. The staff is great, especially RYLAN! read more

My pals and I did 'Ronnie's House' in the spirit of spooky season and really enjoyed it! It was a good amount of spooky where we did scream/get startled a couple times but I'll still sleep perfectly well tonight :) They've clearly put a lot of thought into the room, it's a great level of complexity for the time it gives, and I loved how they made the game master more immersive than the voice from on high. They clearly enjoy doing this which makes it a much more enjoyable experience as a player. Also (and I know this is a weird thing to compliment but I've had negative experiences at other escape rooms) their bathrooms were very clean and tidy and well stocked, including with menstrual stuff which I think is very kind and considerate of them. read more

I had my family visiting Vancouver/PDX area for the Holiday weekend that were coming from Vegas. My family love escape rooms and they are a bit newer at it than me. They'd always have me tag along to do Vegas escapes when I visited them, so it was time I returned the favor. I've done a lot of PDX area escapes, and many of them are good, but I'm not gonna lie the uniqueness of their puzzles, immersive staff and creativity in NW Escape Vancouver is on another level than the rest that keeps me coming back to them. Let's just say my bro is very hard to please, and he said it was the BEST room he has ever done that shames all the Vegas ones he did haha. I've done them all NW Escape except DB Cooper now personally, but my bro really loves Ronnie's House. Ronnie's just the right difficulty for us Escape veterans that wanted more challenging puzzles, and NW Escape did not fail to please us. Be warned it's a little scary theme, but a shocking experience if you can handle it :). We also enjoyed Atomic Cafe very much which I believe is a bit more beginner friendly with the puzzles and we had one beginner with us, so it was perfect. Once I got my group hooked, we then booked Ronnie's room the following day! Yeah...we are coming back again soon. Friendly and immersive staff they have there that stays in character with the rooms, which really separates them from all the other places we've tried. I even got an origin story of the owners from the staff which I thought was very cool to learn about their roots. The staff were easy to talk to so it's hard not to book another room right after having 2 back-to-back amazing days with them, which we did. We'll have our eyes set for DB Cooper next when my family comes back to visit again. Everyone's gotta try it their refreshing and thoughtful escape rooms, so what are you waiting for! @staff 11/28-11/29/25 Thank you Kyla and Donica respectively for greeting us warmly and informing us what we needed to know about your rooms. I appreciate all the info you have given us like the deals going on, origin story of the place, and helpful tools to find more Escapes. Thank you Miles (Atomic Cafe) and Katelyn (Ronnie's Room) respectively for being our lovely hosts that stayed true to their character role. It's not easy balancing being in character and being our game host guiding us through this adventurous experience, so we appreciate the hard work and effort! You two made it easier for our group to transition to the story/theme of the room, got us locked in and ready to take up the challenge! See what I did there ;)? Amazing work though! Thank you Owners for being the conductors that started all of this. From your staff's hard work, it really shows how much dedication was put into these rooms. Whenever I have friends and family visiting town or simply want to do a group thing, I always go back suggesting your rooms. We are so excited for our next visit. Keep up the good work team! Also, a very thoughtful idea of having the locker room in the lobby. As a veteran escapee, we appreciate that a lot since many other Escape places often have something in the actual rooms and that's just dead space that could be utilized for more puzzles. read more

Came here with my husband and we did Jurassic park, and the room was amazing and Donicia was our game master, she was super sweet and we loved her energy coming into the room. We loved the escape room so much we actually came back with my sister and did Ronnies House, and she also did our introduction which was awesome and got us really hyped for the room. Ronnies house was AWESOME OMG it was my favorite room of all time! Sooo much detail went into making that room, I don't want to give anything away because it was so good. Birdy was our game master and the was absolutely fantastic. I can't even believe how awesome that room was, we are still talking about it. Birdy was literally so great!!! My wife surprised me with the DB Cooper Room for my birthday, along with my in-laws, and we had an absolute blast! I had mentioned before that I thought an escape room with her family would be amazing, and it completely lived up to my expectations. There were six of us, and there was plenty to do, keeping everyone busy and engaged as we worked together to escape. The puzzles were well-designed, and the whole experience felt immersive and exciting. We managed to get out with 17 minutes and 19 seconds left! The place itself is great, and Donicia was an incredible host--she got us all into character and made the adventure even more fun. We will definitely be back! read more

My family recently completed our third room here and we all agree that this is a five star business with five star rooms and five star employees. The facilities are clean and well appointed with plenty of parking. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff that were genuinely excited about escape rooms themselves. Each room we played has had excellent theming with decor that was on point for the storyline of the room. All props were functional without any technical difficulties. One thing that we really liked that differentiates them from other escape businesses: they give you the choice at the start of the game to either receive nudges along the way or to challenge yourself by only getting hints when you ask. We want to especially mention their superstar staff - they made our visits extra fun and are the heart of the experience: Joyel was so fun in the DB Cooper room and obviously has a background in theater (or should). Donicia was great in the lobby, setting us up for a great time with her smile and enthusiasm. Macy was so fun to talk to and debrief after our room was done. We highly recommend this business for the friendly knowledgeable staff, the extensively themed rooms, and the overall escape experience. read more

Always exciting to try something different! my niece graduated from Nursing school and organized a celebration night out. They booked this escape room, I have never heard of them before. Being the oldest in the group (59), and not liking horror type things, I was kind of scared. However, the eight of us got there and it was really cool! we did Ronnie's Room, a serial killer and we had to get out of his basement (back to why I was scared). But it was finding clues to get numbers and letters to get into the next rooms. We had 60 minutes. Ronnie popped in her and there to scare us, and he did for sure, and he helped us with clues if we asked (and we were stumped a few times) but he mad it fun with almost rhymes and hints that we'd go back and finally figure it out! if you are looking for something fun, challenging, different, unique, and supporting a local business, totally worth it! and if you are my age you might have some throw back vibes with the setup decor, super fun! read more
