I can't say enough great things about this company. Paul did a great job spraying hydroseed on our yard and it looked great the first day he did it. He sprayed the hydroseed on like an artist, as if he was painting a picture and the picture turned our well. I like their guarentee too that the job will be done right or they will fix it. Our automatic sprinklers watered the new hydroseed and after 7 days, the grass starting coming up just like planned. It looks very nice and looks better everyday as it grows. I've included pictures of the progress. If I was going to hydroseed the yard again, I would call NW Bulldozing & Hydroseeding and ask for Paul to come out and get it done. We're very happy customers and can rest easy knowing that if there is ever a problem with the lawn, they will come out and take care of it. One of my sprinklers failed after the hydroseed was installed When our landscaping contractor came out and replaced the sprinkler head a couple days later, it's hard to even tell. We had NW come out and Hydro seed our large backyard. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all of our questions better than any of the other companies we called. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and the guys who came to the work were great. They listened to exactly what we wanted and their work was perfect. They worked very quickly and were very professional. They made sure we know exactly how to take care of our new yard and it is a great comfort to know that if anything does go wrong they will come back out and make it right. Couldn't be more DISAPPOINTED I read all the Yelp reviews and ended up with these guys. I had called other places, priced things out, and thought this was the best overall value. They showed up hours before a heavy rain (which kind of, by default, negates their warranty). Sprayed. Rain came. Hydroseed didn't appear to move. This is early June. Wait a few weeks, grass shoots up. Some areas are spotty. Contact owner; says to wait a bit. Wait a bit more. Still nothing. It's clear there's not going to be grass growing in these patches. They come back over and basically say that if they spray more, it'll kill the existing grass that's come up, so I get a small bucket of seed and am left to do it on my own. Oh, by the way, you have to scrape off the 'glue' to get down to dirt so the new seed will take, so there's that. Multiply by about 100 spots and it's pretty tedious. I'm a hard worker, have completely remodeled my house, regraded my yard, etc. I should've just spent $100 on seed and straw and skipped the hydroseed. I'll be lucky if I get grass growing in those bare spots before fall, but I doubt it. During the germination phase, you're supposed to water very frequently (like 6-8 times/day), which I did. But once your grass is established (like day 45), you're down to every other day. So now, I'm beyond day 45, but need to plant new seed. The two watering schedule requirements do not compute. I'm so amazed by this companies customer service ... from the time we requested a quote they have been so quick to respond and very friendly! I checked around with 3 other companies and none of them matched what this company had to offer. Not to mention, one company (cough cough starts with an H) who never even got back to us with the darn estimate after they came out and measured! We had 12k sq ft of mix put down over our lawn in various areas... I am extremely bad with names but I believe we had Paul (extremely funny, very honest hard worker) NW Hydroseeding did an amazing job blending with our current grass and not missing an inch! Very impressed, this is the only company I would recommend for doing your lawn! Update: I had to come back and edit this review because... Paul actually mowed my lawn so the hydroseed would take better!! Talk about 5 star service! If I'd had known he was going to mow our lawn I'd have requested to do our hydroseeding in small bits through the summer!! read more

NW Bulldozing & Hydroseeding were great to work with. These guys are super flexible and accommodating with a competitive price that beat a few other quotes (price per sqft if I recall correctly) I received. Terry (owner) knowledgable and answered all my questions before committing to the job. Paul, tech that came out was super helpful, did a great job...also a great story teller...ask him about the book he's gonna write! Haha. Paul, first measured to validate the size of the project to get the appropriate material mix and quantity. My project sqft was a total of 15ksf. My estimate was high, which Paul identified but I requested to overspray and spray on a future Rockwall area to improve the look until I get around completing that project. After measurement, Paul helped level some low areas while the hydro seed tank was getting filled. Then he proceeded with hydroseeding about half of my lawn area until he had to refill the hydroseeder tank. While the tank filled and all material mixed in, he helped screed my front lawn area. After all screeded and tank filled he finished off the rest of my lawn. He let me and my little 4 year old daughter try spraying the hydroseeder! So, after 1 week we had germination. After 5 weeks lawn is looking fantastic. There are a few areas that are thin, but it's due to the sprinkler system I used. All said and done it was a great experience and would recommend.
