It has been 14 days now & nothing from her office. In an arrangement as critical as tax filings, I would never trust a provider who demonstrates this level of non professionalism.

Ridiculous way to conduct business! Office is hard to reach, only ever being able to leave a voice mail or communication via the portal. Asked the following day, no answer. Called the office who had been in contact with Lorena with whom I had the appt., they told me she would have her call me today. No call. Maybe I dodged a bullet. Cancelling happens, but do not waste my time by setting another day only to ghost me. This was important and I at least deserve a call from the receptionist. If I can't trust you to honor a commitment, perhaps I shouldn't trust you with my finances.
