    THIEF !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !! I would like to give no stars if I can. We got a Groupon deal and got the most expensive ultimate deluxe car wash for $180 . The windows were not washed, the leather had wax marks, with patchy spots , and most of all, they took couple parts from the car and lost it! I have been calling them over a week and they said they will talk to the owner and got nothing still. The parts they took will cost $60 to replace. I think they also took my Swiss army knife i left in the car for emergencies. I am truly disappointed. Ive had many car detailing services and this was the most expensive and most dissatisfied experience I've ever had !!! Do NOT GO HERE!!!

    We inherited a jeep after a death and the inside was in rough rough shape, (kicking myself now for not getting actual before pictures) I found a good deal on Groupon so went ahead and scheduled an appointment. And when I tell you that was one of the best decisions I'm not lying, these guys did an outstanding job!! My jeep looks basically brand new. Can not thank them enough! Definitely a forever customer!

    I call and schedule an appointment, stating I'd like window tint around my vehicle and the specifics. He quotes me close to $400, until I mention the word "Groupon." He didn't seem too happy I mentioned it, but we went ahead and scheduled. I first received my vehicle back with damage to the trim on the outside. The owner then tried to tell me that, "A lot of times when people get stuff done on their car, they don't see or realize it until they look up on it after work has been done." This would have been a fair excuse, had my car not been pulled off of the truck at the dealership 3 weeks prior, less than 2k miles on it, and no damage to any of the 4. After, there was damage to all the trim on all of the outside of my windows. In addition; the brow was beginner/novice level instillation looking type work, gaps and spaces of window left uncovered by trim, and to top it off-the incorrect % was installed. When installed, the installer heated the glass from the outside too close to the rubber and melted/warped the rubbers of the trim together. I again, had to schedule for a second install. Upon arriving they refused to remove the incorrect trim, and just re-lay another film of trim at the same %, creating the correct darker % that I first asked for. Repair time for the windows.. While trying to schedule and get costs/estimates, the owner refused to have it repaired at the place I wanted it done. Stating he wanted to get referrals from another dealership because they do business with them, and not the one I was asking for them to go to. I stood ground, had to be extremely stern, and asked and asked multiple times if I could have the request of getting it done by who I want it done by, fulfilled. The owner then chose to buy the parts elsewhere, travel to my desired dealership I want the repairs done, and drop the parts off with them while they waited on me to bring the vehicle to them. When the dust had settled with that situation, I needed the brow, and the small window in the rear touched up because of bubbles and gaps. When I got my vehicle back; bubbles were gone, and the window was layer correctly this time. Settling all issues I had with this 2+ month install of WINDOW TINT. But wait..there's more. There's now a deep scratch in the brow of said window tint. I'm throwing my hands up and just saving my breathe at this point. I can't believe what it's taken to get this simple job done 100% correct, and to customer satisfaction. I've had multiple vehicles worked on at NW (in St. Joseph) and never once had a problem with the numerous jobs I had them do; (Full sound system install, window tint x3). Unfortunately though, as much as I'd love to say this place is great, it is and isn't. Customer service is good, and got all my problems fixed (for the most part), but expect some type of push back from the owner if you have issues. He's kind of a condescending when speaking to you about them as well. I will never, ever bring my vehicles back to NW anymore. Not after this visit. So sad bc I talked so highly about them to everyone who needed work done. I just hope others have a better experience on their install and issues than I did.
