The technician open the cover and look inside. then he turn on a faucet and test my water. He said I have 19 gain and that my water is hard. He did not even open the controller, he told me that my water softener is too old and can not be repair. He gave me a quote form brand new softener for $3,500. I decided to watch youtube video and finally decided to open the controller. I found out that the valve were stuck because of rush, and also that my rasin were full of rush. I cleaned the controller and replaced my rasin and now I have full functional water softener. They charge me $125.00 for that visit. Too bad would not recommend this dealer.

I called , they said 10-12pm, I advised I am unavailable 10-11 with an appointment. 10:30 the service man comes and tells me no one told him I would be unavailable. We have the best tasting water, no soap build up, and use less detergent. And I can't say enough about the service!
