The building is a bit run down, however that's part of the experience. Their prices are fair and they offer a great amount of local food, mainly honey! I only stopped here on my trip because I was looking for places with dry ice for my cooler and these folks had it! I ended up buying some more road snacks because they were a heck of a lot cheaper than Kroger! I'd go here again because of the great customer service, classic style feel, and the local selection offered here. Ignore that 5 dollar signs too, whoever set up this yelp account didn't know what they were doing! Remember always buy local!

Meanwhile there was a western union form from another customer sitting on the counter right in front of me which included very detailed information about a client, full name, dob, I'd number, address, etc. After the 15 minute wait the lady finally turns around and says how can I help you. I tell her I am there to send a western union and she says "we stop that at 6" it's now 6:11pm. I ask her when do they close she says 7. She was extremely rude and unapologetic even though I had been standing there since before 6. I feel that if you are open, you should be open and provide all services. People making blank trips is frustrating enough and then met with this attitude is over the top. Also customer information should not be left on display!

I will be calling corporate office on her and her attitude she has towards people!! If it wasn't for her the store would get a 5 star rating, but as long as she is there I will not use them nor give them business!! She needs to be happy she has a da** job..

I stop on my way to work each night and they almost always have my favorite dark roast coffee ready to be poured into my cup. They even have two flavored creamers there in addition to sugar and powdered creamer. I like to doctor mine up with some French Vanilla and a little hazelnut. Of course, they have other covienience store items such as cold drinks; fountain and bottled. There is a selection of small pharmaceuticals, energy drinks and shots, hygiene items, candy, gum, chips, ice, automotive care, and other items. The price of gas is not the cheapest for the Beaumont area, but is not overtly expensive either; about average price. The store seems to be clean and orderly everytime I go in. I have not tried the restrooms, so I can't comment on that. If you live close by, it is a great place to stop for a few quick items. Speaking of which, perhaps I should make a beer run. I have worked up a thirst!

Gerald has hand-picked a great selection of wines and he is perfect for helping you find the bottle you need. Super-nice dude, too. I use each local liquor store differently - I tend to hit up Miller's for craft beer (also because it's right next to my house, and I buy a lot of craft beer) and I head to Debb's on Phelan when I need wine. I go to Sam's Package Store on East Lucas when I'm in the market for liquor, particularly Texas craft liquor. Honestly, though, all three are solid and you can feel confident going to Debb's for craft beer, wine or liquor.

He's told me many things about great scotches and bourbons, most of which I generally then buy and enjoy! I've also bought many bottles of wine based on the recommendations of Gerald, the store's wine manager. Debbs is a well-run, well-stocked store with pleasant, affable people running it. I've always had a good experience there; the kind of retail experience you can't get from the huge supermarket operations. The pricing is reasonable, the advice is spot-on, and range is all the way from everyday bottles to very high end. I really cannot recommend them enough!
