Good products but argumentative and combative customer service. I have used this company a couple of times and was quite satisfied with their product line. However, I am very disappointed in their customer service. I recently ordered an energy drink and was sent a box of capsules in their place. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that it was just that and that they would send the correct product. All well and good so far. I was even about to write and thank them for their swift and helpful service. A couple of hours later, out of the blue, I received another message saying that I was, in fact wrong. The clever customer service agent had discovered that I had ordered 180 grams of energy drink when I should have ordered 230 grams. Oddly enough, I don't usually order products by weight. I order by name. Alas, in Nutrition Centre's universe, "capsules" qualify as an "energy drink". So, their customer service had triumphed, proved me wrong and was now reneging on their earlier offer. (Although i do wonder if giving a product an entirely misleading name is an acceptable business practice.)
And so here we are again, in the brave new world where the customer is not only never right but where the customer service agent seems to devote time and energy to proving them wrong. I am never quite sure what is achieved by this. Apart from ensuring that said customer never orders from that company again, just what has customer service really achieved? Oh and in all the dictionary definitions of capsules that I have found, not one includes "energy drink". read more
