In any event, I started following this company on IG & found it was super close to my new apartment & thought it was perfect. Social media is on point! Very engaging. Well educated. Well thought out. Today, I was able to take advantage of the 90 min appointment & let me tell you, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Ruel Mallari, LMT, CFSS, owner of this small business is AMAZING!!! On the client intake form, I was asked what type of music I listened to & he totally delivered on the music selection today. The office is inviting, warm, & friendly. Ruel was so kind, sensitive, & very patient. We chatted first & he asked some clarification questions. He had me walk so he could see what he was working with. He was very thoughtful in his assessment & I can see how he would easily adapt to just about any client he meets. He gave me some insight as to what he saw & a game plan. We got into the stretching & it was truly amazing. He did not push me too hard but hard enough that the stretch was felt & definitely needed. He asked numerous times if his hand position was OK, if I was comfortable, if it pinched or was painful. When I first walked in the door, I was blown away by the wall of autographed photos of high-level athletes and celebs profusely thanking Ruel (the owner) for helping them with their various challenges. I immediately knew I was in someplace special, a place that understands how to maintain healthy, balanced bodies! I was greeted by my Trainer (Jada), who immediately made me welcome. She asked me about any problem areas or challenges I may have and my experience level with Pilates. And we then got started with our session. It was very refreshing to have a workout that was specifically tailored to my goals and my body's capabilities. I got a great workout! Having an expert focused on my form and giving feedback every step of the way was wonderful. And, as anyone who does Pilates knows, form is everything: it's how you get the best results. I highly recommend the Pilates at Stretch Care to anyone who wants to up-level and get the most out of their workout!
