I've been on two trips recently, and lost weight while traveling!! That has never happened to me. Elizabeth is the most supportive and positive person and coach. She's been through the program, and understood everything I was going through. I'm doing maintenance now and am still losing weight. I will be honest, the weight loss phase, (6 weeks) is not easy, but I just kept telling myself, "I can do anything for six weeks." I was able to lose 25 pounds and now weigh less than I have in decades. During this journey, I've had several "Aha moments" that made me realize carrying the extra weight was really damaging to my body. Things you don't realize until after the weight is off. SECOND, when I did my consult, ROBIN body shamed me. She completely misrepresented how the service works. She told me i was a pretty woman but needed to take pounds off. They did not measure them, I did and B. i did not lose anything off of them. i have spoken to the very dismissive office manager, Margie, and she said it is non refundable and offered me free sessions... Why would I sit under those lights again that do not work. Then I spoke to Lori in the Ohio office who assured me she would have someone call me. It has been a week and NOTHING!!! I would like to WARN ALL WOMAN WHO THINK OF TRYING THIS ****DO NOT**** AND they will swear my results were GREAT. Well for 1650.00 I should have shed more inches than I did. I would have NEVER agreed to spend that much money if they are saying average is 20 inches OVER ALL THE BODY....... And through the whole conversation my husband was one the phone. Although I am not Dr. Payne's usual clientele and my exercise and physique are not typical for her laser treatments, I was skeptical at the efficacy of the Zerona laser. I will most definitely be returning in the future. I do hope Dr. Payne plans on updating her facility. The premises and office are in a basement, which scared me at first, but the friendly staff and generosity of Dr. Payne kept me coming back.

I have lost confidence in Ohio Health, the dr., and support staff. Also when I talked to Tim in April he also questioned the success in securing approval from insurance. That there is a culture within your organization that people knew it would not get approved, but still let me go the motions. I find that disingenuous. If you can't do it, why allow me to waste your time and my time if there was even a little concern of not getting approved. I will let people know. Very disappointed.

This review reflects my personal experience during an appointment with Dr. Alexander-Martin…read more This was one of the most disturbing medical encounters I have ever had. From the outset, any attempt to ask questions or participate in my own care was shut down. When I raised concerns about medications being prescribed and referenced the actual FDA labeling, the response was not clarification or discussion, but outright dismissal. There was no willingness to engage with evidence or explain clinical reasoning. Input from the patient was clearly unwelcome and seemed like she took any input personally. The interaction was tense and adversarial. The tone was defensive and combative, and I felt spoken to in a way that was dismissive and degrading rather than professional. Asking reasonable, informed questions was treated as a problem instead of a normal and appropriate part of medical care. What was most alarming was the complete lack of openness to being questioned or corrected, even when objective information was presented. That alone made me deeply uncomfortable trusting any aspect of the care being provided. To compound the experience, the billing felt excessive and disproportionate to the quality of care and communication I received, leaving me with serious concerns about priorities at this practice. I left feeling stressed, unheard, and shaken by how poorly I was treated for simply advocating for myself. Patients who value evidence-based medicine, respectful communication, and being treated with basic dignity should think very carefully before scheduling here.
