When we were not happy, we asked to have everything canceled and Jordan Harassed me, so I then spoke to his manager Mary where she continued to harass me then begged me to not get upset when I told her to stop harassing me. Bought from this place after trying Wiser Meats (see my review on them ). This place is a complete ripoff. They showed me a few prices when giving the pitch, including $6/lb ground beef. Sounded too good to be true, even told me I had 30 days to try before paying. What could go wrong right? The $6/lb number is complete fake BS. Apparently this is the cost of the meat on a live cow, it doesn't include trim, cutting wrapping and their overhead. WTF?!? Who has ever sold anything like that?!?! When I got the order for North of $4500 I got a measly 150lbs or ~$30/lb!!!! For ground beef and chicken breast!! Even in 2022 what the hell is that?!?! I called to invoke my right to cancel within 30 days saying it was not at all what I was told and I found their practices deceiving and borderline illegal...Oh guess what, 30 days is an EXCHANGE POLICY. I gave Nutrafarms 4 stars out of 5 because I haven't tried their products yet! However, I would give them 5 stars so far for the service and the good follow-up and offers they gave us. Jake was my contact when I applied. He managed to set a meeting with me in the evening because of my working hours late. We had messages after, back and forth, and he provided all the help he could to meet my needs and my family's favors. Issues after issues. I thought I was gonna have a nice experience with Nutrafarm, but I was wrong. Most of the products that I received presented some type of issue. If it wasn't for the chicken pieces still having feathers or lacerations, it was the items being very poorly wrapped as it was the item being freezer burned in a month or so. Now I'm trying to return the products and get the monetary as suggested by them and also requesting the breakthrough of the said amount but they're refusing to do so and say that the accountants just came up with the amount because they don't have a price per product/item. If you wanna deal with a very unprofessional team, poor service, and bad products, Nutrafarms is the company for you... Otherwise, run while you still can! Meanwhile, I'll keep trying to get the information I deserve to have as a customer. read more

Extremely good product. Meat is fantastic however be VERY aware of their service. They have terrible customer service and serivce regional representatives. They do not follow-up on customer complaint and threatened us when we found out they forged a contract we had originally signed with them. They do not meet on customer availability but rather expect the customer to make themselves available when they are. After filing 3 complaints, head office NEVER called back nor even acknowledged calls or emails to them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I was taken for quite a ride. I signed up with these idiots, gave them a deposit check for $89.40 ...after some research, I called to cancel and no one ever got back to me then they went and wrote in the number 5 in front of the 8 and took out $589.40.........my entire pay!!!! Now they want me to get a copy of the check from my bank, photocopy both sides of it and fax it to them before they give me my money back....being as they have "no record of that transaction" It has been almost a month now, so I am checking with my bank today for that check......I will post on here again in regards to my reimbursement ... which they said they would have no problem honoring...
