I am so thankful to the Yelpers for the photos and reviews. The curry chicken roti was delicious but the true star was the steaks. I asked the young man behind the counter, what steaks had the best marbling that day. He suggested the strip loins / NY Strip. This is not a cut I usually buy, but they did look GOOD. So I picked out a couple, and also a couple tenderloins, because they looked like they had a bit of marbling. Hubby grilled them up the next day and we were amazed at the tenderness and flavour of all the steaks but especially the NY Strips. Absolutely the best steak we have ever had at home. In fact, better than most steaks we have had at restaurants! I have always been a fan of small businesses, and Happy Mango has the heart, quality and customer service that makes for loyal customers. Even though it's a 30 minute drive, no question, I will be making the drive to Happy Mango any time we want steak, and the bonus is we get roti for lunch that day! I will have to take a photo of the steak next time, these got devoured too fast! First time and I am already a serious fan!

"Goodness Me" is a health food store with extras available, including fresh baked goods, and a service counter and salad bar. They provide several fresh dishes on a salad bar, and a counter where they have about 10-12 hot dishes that you can choose from. The food is fast, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The pricing is good. My experience has been that it is best to go earlier in the day when the food is fresh. Like any other buffet type "restaurant" the food tends to get pretty thick if it has been sitting around for a while. There are lots of good options for people looking for gluten free options, but the potential for cross contamination is there if you are very sensitive.l to gluten. They also had 3 fresh soups available and regularly have chilli. The pricing is much better to offerings such as Nature's emporium. I found the price to be at least 25% less. They also have a pretty hefty discount at the end of the day on food if you are so inclined. I did it once, the price was fantastic, but the butter fish was like glue. ;) Overall, a good place to have a healthy and quick easy bite.
