There are lots of good options for people looking for gluten free options, but the potential for cross contamination is there if you are very sensitive.l to gluten. They also had 3 fresh soups available and regularly have chilli. The pricing is much better to offerings such as Nature's emporium. I found the price to be at least 25% less. They also have a pretty hefty discount at the end of the day on food if you are so inclined. And guess what?!....Charcuterie board with cheese, deli meats, nuts, crackers, et,..and if you want wine with it, they have a wine store within. What a great way to set yourself up for a lovely indoor relaxation after grocery shopping. And then when it comes to parking, the parking lot is always well-maintained (especially during snowy days) and it is spacious, making it easy to always find a spot.
