The portion size is perfect for a meal but the price is more along the lines of a meal for two. Definitely won't be back and too bad, it seemed like there was potential.

As you may know, from my previous reviews, I have discovered the benifits of organic gardening and…read moreturf care. I have had much better results, organically, as opposed to dumping chemical fertilizers on everything. There is something to be said about adding beneficial strains of bacteria and fungi to your soil. Plants seem to respond so much better. I'm always on the lookout for new products. From soil ammendments, plant starters, fertilizers and products to improve the compost tea I brew. I found a real gem here! Firstly, Joe, the proprietor, is about the nicest guy you could meet and do business with. He has a passion for organic gardening, agricultural, and turf methods. The first time I stopped in, I ended up staying for about an hour, because he has so much great information and loves to share the results of the products he stocks. And, he answers email awful quick, if I have a question. Great guy! The products sold are all organic. I picked up about 40 pounds of earthworm castings, some crushed crab shell, a new plant starter called Vitazyme (works better than Superthrive IMO), some hydrolyzed fish and seaweed fertilizer, and Joe threw in a sample of a new product (to me anyway) called Quantum Growth. It's a probiotic, teaming with microbes, that I believe can also be used in Hydroponic setups. I just scratched the surface of the products they carry. You can view all of them on the website. I plan to try several other items they carry this summer to test the effectiveness. In all, I highly recommend this place if you are into organic gardening methods, just want to learn more or on the fence about going organic. Joe is an absolute wealth of information, and he's happy to pass it along, if you're interested in or learning about the benefits of organic gardening and turf care. So glad I found this place! It will be a regular stop this summer and fall for sure!

Follow on Facebook to stay in the loop for all of the classes that are being offered from time to time (Like an Elderberry Syrup making class!!) The location is kind of tricky...they are in the complex where Planet Fitness is. Just go into the area, drive through the area between two buildings..(Planet Fitness will be passing you on the left) then take a right and it's over there. Sara is just the nicest. She is willing to go above and beyond your wellness needs. I recently stopped in the shop as I saw a post on Facebook advertising a batch of Elderberry gummies would be available the following day. Although I had never had Elderberries before, I needed to get my hands on these as my son and I have been getting over our colds and they just seem to be lingering and never really going away. I thought these could do just the trick. When I jumped in the car, I snacked on 3 of them. Maybe it's all in my head...but it's been a good 30 minutes now since and I feel pretty awesome.

I stopped in for some last-minute items for Super Bowl weekend, and it was perfect for that kind of run. The store is clean, well-organized, and everything looks fresh and well curated. You can tell they focus on quality. That said, it is on the pricier side, so I personally wouldn't make it my go-to for weekly grocery shopping. But for a filler week, specialty items, or when you just need a few good-quality things quickly, it's a solid choice. I'll definitely be back for those in-between trips.
