Right so I am totallt into this reviewing thing and this really ground me and my hubbys gears. I have recently been staying on Nutgrove Avenue with my granny to help around the house while she recovers from surgery. She said she only goes to this vet because she can't make it further to a different one. So myself an Mollie wandered down an elderly collie of about 14, she has a touch or arthritis but we already know this it was just a check up cos my nan thinks she is worse. Well we had an appotinment but weren't even looked at for about 40 minutes! The receptionist was rude, but I'll forgive her cos she looked stressed as hell. The place is cold and uninviting in more waYs than one. We had a man called William who to say the least didn't seem to have much interest in Mollie as he was focused on my chest. I really like the little doggie now and feel somewhat emotional as I know she isn't going to last that long and I swear it was like he was grinning at me, enjoying my tears. I am not usually a sensitive person but it really felt like he was enjoying it - with a big joker like smile. Then he muzzled poor Mollie - which I doubt has ever happened and was so rough with her pulling her joints - (we already know she has arthiritis) she yelped I had to ask him to stop and not be so rough. I was sickened, truly sickened. I now have promised to bring her wherever my nan wants I would not bring someone I didn't like there let alone a beloved pet. I actually found him cruel. Judging by the bill I say they are trying to make as much money as possible and cutting out down on staff and heating. The masochistic personality is free. Terrible. I've been bringing my animal here for over 2 years. Haven't helped at all. He's still an arse sniffing pervert. Eating literal faeces he finds in the park, pissing all over the house, begging for food and stealing! I turned my back on my breakfast for 2 minutes, and the bastard was up with his dirty paws in the chair filling up on cumberlands. I mean, for God's sake, what possessed us to want to live with the animals? Are we not supposed to be the chosen beasts in the eyes of the Lord? I just don't know what to do anymore.. I'm at my wits end with this furry creature.. we try to talk to him, provide him with regular meals, treats, medical expenses paid for, regular exercise, and what does he do? Piss all over the place, start fights in the park! If he's not careful he'll end up in doggy prison.. or worse.. returned to the forest. In Brazil, packs of dog rape gangs go around in the middle of the night, and ye get woken listening to dogs getting gangbanged and 'yelping' for help.. There is literally hundreds of thousands of them all over brazil. I say we should just get rid of them all, it's not gonna be like a natural evolutionary succession, cos if humans die, the dogs gonna follow shortly after.. the way we've breed them anyways, although the Brazilian dog rape gangs will if they see shelter underground.. they'll evolve into rats and the real rats will get bigger.. eventually feeding on the dog decendants. That'll be the final dayd of mammals dominating this planet. The moon and Mars is another story.. but earth needs to heal for a few hundred years after us. Having attended a different vet for almost 10 years with my beloved dog, I found her usual vet to be most unhelpful and uncaring in her time of need. Brought her to Tom in Nutgrove and will forever be grateful to him at such a difficult time.He is one of the most caring, genuine and professional people I have ever met and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a great support and comfort to me and my beloved dog in which sadly turned out to be her last battle. Our dog was referred here in November to see a specialist cardiologist vet. We were very impressed with the level of detail, care and attention during the consultation and subsequent scans. Tom explained everything to us in detail at each step of the process and was wonderful to deal with. Couldnt recommend more highly. read more

Tom has been treating our Beagle dog for a very serious form of cancer fro the past several months and we simply couldn't have asked for better service, timely diagnosis and treatment.
