They gave me a coupon for 20% off for cafe Tumbleweeds... daily specials Monday to Friday. Today is roasted turkey breast, masked taters and dressing, yes gravy too... all for $8!!! And I get 20% off?!?! The turkey was so moist... I forgot there's also string beans. This was a very good lunch, affordable and plenty... so full right now. I finished my cafe experience with a 16 ounce cappuccino from the espresso bar... they make smoothies too. There's also a machine that makes vegan blends. No sugar, vegan, healthy... I'm full so haven't test this one but looks promising. I love this place

She truly listens to you and recommends things to do for your pregnancy symptoms. She works closely with Dr. Harker at the Madsen location. They also have you register for the MyChart app that comes in so handy for communication with the NP, Obstetrician, front staff, etc. the app helps get schedules, lab results, documents for work, and more. I was amazed by this since most places do it old school and they either call you or you have to go in. Truly an amazing place if you are pregnant and want to establish care through your pregnancy! The office manager at the clinic and the physician office should be replaced as well as the administrative staff that left someone waiting 20 minutes for a "shift change." Maybe I've been spoiled by my previous provider, but this experience was not a great impression. When I first arrived, I was acknowledged by an unpleasant receptionist. It's pretty clear that she doesn't like her job-or the people she works with. I felt like I was intruding on her day and inconveniencing her just by being there. After I filled out my paperwork (which she basically tossed at me), she didn't look up as I stood in front of her. Perhaps she didn't hear me with her earbuds in and she was zoned out to any other place than here. Eventually, she took the paperwork and told me I'd be called back when they were ready. Once I went back to an exam room, I noticed how eerily quiet everything was...that is, until the doctor entered the adjacent room and I heard every bit of their conversation. Truly, I could tell you what the issue was, what the doctor's recommendation for treatment is and when to follow up. All between the paper thin walls. I didn't feel like privacy was a given, even though we were in separate rooms. My experience with the doctor was fine-quick, but got the job done. She was friendly enough and I appreciated her get-down-to-business attitude. I'd imagine she's not there to build rapport with patients since this isn't that type of place. But it sure makes me miss my previous doctor office.

I made it clear I would rather wait the extra week than come in without my labs, knowing they would be necessary for a productive visit. I called the morning of my appointment and was explicitly told they had received my most recent bloodwork. When I arrived, they did not have my labs. Despite this, the NP had already formed her opinions before reviewing anything. Was rude and arrogant, told me my brain fog was simply due to old age and didn't bother to ask about any other symptoms and that my testosterone level of 167 ng/dL -- which my lab flagged as clinically low, was not a concern. She recommended DHEA as an alternative to TRT with no discussion of my history or symptom pattern whatsoever. When I raised concerns, the NP accused me of trying to skirt protocols, protocols I had never objected to and was fully prepared to follow. I ultimately had to pull up my own lab results on my phone, screenshot them, and email them to the office myself during the appointment just to have my records present. I left without a meaningful evaluation or treatment plan despite planning a week ahead, confirming my records were received, and coming fully prepared with documented symptoms and specific health goals. I was dismissed, blamed for their administrative failure, and made to feel like a problem rather than a patient. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking men's health or hormone evaluation to find a provider who will actually review your records before drawing conclusions.
