Despite driving 50 minutes to get there, I was refused service upon arrival. The clinic staff claimed Cameron's note stated I could only be seen if time permitted; otherwise, the appointment should be canceled. When I called management to resolve this, the situation escalated unprofessionally. After explaining that I had wasted nearly two hours in travel time based on Cameron's instructions, Cameron hung up on me as soon as I identified myself. A subsequent call with the manager responsible for the South Austin location was even more distressing, as she admitted to instructing Cameron to hang up on me. I find this level of disrespect and the conflicting information provided by your staff completely unacceptable. I spent three hours of my Saturday dealing with this negligence and being treated with blatant rudeness.
