The doctor made sure to find time for me to come in to the office to hear my concerns and make sure I felt confident in his approach, explained the tactics that he took to ensure my procedure was safely executed, and was able to rectify a tiny area where he felt he could safely perform a touch up. His approach is to ensure the work is done SAFELY at the forefront, and after I expressed how I was feeling, he wanted to guarantee patient satisfaction. It is rare to find a doctor who can blend the two together, and I appreciate how well this was handled. His staff is extremely professional, empathetic with anxious patients and were extremely helpful from my first appointment and with my second appointment. Co2 laser is an intimidating procedure. If you are interested in having it but feel hesitation due to how intense this type of laser is, then you are in good hands with this doctor. Since they do not have a location on their website, I had assumed they were at 4000 Xchange apartments, only to be told they moved. After numerous phone calls and voicemails which went unanswered I went to their Rutherford location which was posted on their Facebook. Only to be told by building owner that they haven't been there in months. I paid for a service which was never received. I received a text an hour and a half later stating that "they are on the road now." The option to book at their location should not have been an option if it wasn't available. I received no phone call or apologies for their mistake. I would like my refund credited to my card. After this experience I have no intention of using them again. This could have been easily avoided had someone called to rectify this matter.
