Whereas I am satisfied with my skin's results ultimately there was a STRONG SALES PRESSURE to buy additional services while I was laying on the table -as well as afterwards. "That was the only way to get extractions" she said. )) don't act so bummed out about my decision. Sadly, -as well as the amount I paid in advanced with group on- the receptionist demanded "an additional $4 to cover taxes". Sigh. I wish I had asked for a receipt for these monies. It really was unusual. Just continuously 'nickel and diming' customers is NOT relaxing. YOU BREAK MY MOMENT OF ZEN. When I go to a spa I want to relax and I expect to get what I paid for in a pleasant manner. Let me relax. By all means you can talk to me and you can tell me what your putting on my face.... " ohhh this will cleanse your skin and soften it"" Yes, sure you share your knowledge of how that product will benefit my skin. I'd love that. But don't make things awkward by repeatedly nickel and diming me. My esthetician 'julia' seemed nice enough, soft spoken. She had a tip envelope at the front desk. She did her job. I'm pleased with my skin but all I want is to relax during the process. Just a heads up.

I must say, the establishment exudes serenity as soon as you arrive. The female (Cathy) at the front desk greeted me warmly and offered me something to drink. Since they didn't have coffee, I went ahead and had the life changing ginger tea. Took a moment to complete a bit of paperwork work being that it was my first time there. As soon as I was finished, I was greeted by my masseuse who provided me with a deep tissue massage upon request. To my surprise, the woman at the front desk (Cathy) performed my facial. Goes to show that everyone there is skilled and not just there to provide a pretty friendly face. She educated me on which facial products to use versus what not to use. Also, spoke about how beneficial the electrical currents are for your skin. One thing I would say would've been great was if my masseuse was a Male instead. I just feel that males can naturally apply more pressure without exerting much energy than a female can. With that said I primarily see myself returning here for a facial, vagacial, underarm wax, and body contouring. Especially since they offer so many services with discount offers.

Opted for a standard 60 minute massage. Was taken to a fairly non-descript room that was very white. And not shady or gross. After undressing, the masseuse came in, greeted me and started in. She asked about pressure and any focus areas. And accordingly, delivered a very good massage for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place!

After some recent stress with my husband suffering a heart attack I took some time to go and do what I do to make me feel amazing after a huge ordeal. I booked the same scrub and massage and upgraded to the more expensive milk scrub. Right from the moment I met the girl I could tell she didn't know what she was doing and I won't bore you but it was so unrelaxing and she actually left the majority of the process out. I have always tolerated the language barrier and frankly the rudness from the front desk and basically any one there as I am not Korean but it was always so awesome that I put up with the unfriendliness. I told the girl many times this treatment is not the same and not right but she just giggled. The 3 staff at the front desk didn't care either and when I asked for a refund of that particular service or even partial they said only the manager could do this. I left my number and of course no call from the manager. Sadly these places don't realize what a great customer is and how many people I have sent to them. I will find another place as there are many other great ones I just used to like crystal because of the authenticity the food and other services but when they don't value you and the service becomes rubbish then its time to call it quits. When the manager doesn't care in an establishment there is no hope!.

I ended up choosing Seraphina, and I'm so glad I did! I booked the Deep Cleansing + Hydration Facial, which was listed as an 85-minute treatment. They called me beforehand and asked if I could arrive about 30 minutes early because they wanted to make sure I received the full experience without feeling rushed. They mentioned that the facial can sometimes take closer to 100 minutes, and I really appreciated them taking the extra time for me. The entire facial was incredibly thorough and professional.
