Despite my initial reluctance and lack of exposure to life-coaching notions, I went into my coaching sessions with Nadine trying to keep an open mind. "Trying to keep an open mind" quickly transformed into "life coaching is really working for me". Nadine has a very gifted way of delving right into the heart of the matter and helping you identify the challenges in your life that can be overcome. Identifying the things that need to be changed is one aspect of coaching, and Nadine is superb at this. The other important aspect of life coaching is implementing changes to overcome those challenges. This requires head and heart analysis, as well as summoning the motivation to implement those changes. And, Nadine is a champion for her clients along every step of the way.
