Due to Covid restrictions, Willow aren't currently allowed to serve any drinks or snacks, but they allow guests to bring their own treats to enjoy. The management coordinated with me to provide a mani/pedi for the ladies and to call me for payment so the birthday girls didn't have to worry about payment at all. At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it. The only thing that didn't go great is that the specific nail treatment didn't last as well as expected, but the management made it right. They gave Ally a free touch up and shellack and they reimbursed me for Emily's mani. I will gladly use them again.

She agreed it was pretty bad and said she'd never seen hair cut that terrible. My hair was past my shoulders and when I got to her it was right above. She was so kind and took time to listen and really look at my hair to see what she could do. She spent almost two hours fixing this. She tried to keep my length and tried her best to blend it all together. It just wasn't going to happen. I ended up with short hair, but it looked really good. She did such a fabulous job and was so nice about the whole thing. I was able to walk out confident and really ended up liking the style she was able to give me. She is a true gem! They always come out flawless and she has so so so many colors to choose from that are shellac styled. For hair, Hannah is the sweetest and does an excellent job every time. She takes her time at the beginning of every appointment to really talk to me about any changes, what os realistic without causing damage, and gives me her opinion about what she personally think would work for my face when I ask for it. Even though I was the only person having a pedi this morning, they put me on one of the hard benches instead of a massage chair. It was really uncomfortable. I mean REALLY. When spending $65+ on a pedi, I don't expect to be sitting on an uncomfortable bench with the hard edge of the foot bath hurting my feet. The environment wasn't very relaxing because some of the pedi stations are in the hallway where everyone's walking by and talking. The foot bath smelled like cleaner (which I'm glad it's clean but most spas add a nice aromatherapy-type soak that smells nice). There were no magazines around to read. For the same price, I prefer HQ because they have a true spa area that's quiet and all the pedis have comfy massage chairs.
