The doctors and nurses are amazing, but the office staff is absolutely terrible, you'd think after my little one had shots and clearly upset one would be comforting, helpful to the parents when asking questions and trying to schedule the next appointment. Cannot express how terrible this place is. They are racist and incompetent and lack the integrity to explain themselves. They told my wife and daughter they had to leave halfway through a visit when they had already taken her vitals and had her in a gown! They told my wife (African American) that she is not the parent or guardian of our daughter (Caucasian) and so they had to leave. Before they were even called to the back they asked my daughter, who is a freshman in high school, if that was actually her step-mom! That was after she has taken her to several previous visits here and I have provided copies of custody papers and put my wife down as having permission to all records and visits. They denied having all these records but I have done it at every visit! They have amnesia and require these documents every time. They texted me a link while at work to allow my wife permission and I followed the link and was then still denied even after I did that! Incompetence and bias. I recommend never enduring a visit to this place. Oh and they also refused to give them a doctors note for her school! I/we have never experienced anything similar to this ever before! Following rules is one thing but this was mean, stupid and quite frankly the most unexpected and unexplainable thing I've ever been apart of. There is a reason for so many terrible reviews! The doctors have been great here, but the billing and front office staff make it a terrible place. Just go somewhere else. This place is awful and I can't believe half the people that work here--including provider--work with and around kids. Pretty much everyone we talked to was rude and weird. I kid you not, I asked the doctor to give more info on a certain vaccine for my daughter and she said that if my kid got this certain illness she'd and didn't have the vaccine she'd end up dying. I think they have grown to big for there own good. The doctors have been great overall as all 3 of my children have been patients since birth. The oldest is now 21. The rest of the staff as of the last few years has been less than desirable and competent. The billing in particular has been a mess. I don't know where the breakdown lies; if it's the front end or the 3rd party billing but their are serious gaps in the system. When you try to straighten out the obvious errors it's like you become the AR department for them. I've shown documentation which is the recipient from the clinic along with the credit card transaction from my account. Yet I am still on trial to prove what gaps they apparently have in the system. I have literally wasted so much time trying to provide what has already paid and deducted from me. Better clean up the business side of the office as I suspect having good physicians won't be enough long term . We are looking elsewhere as this is the 4th billing issue as of late. read more

Horrible customer service. Needed to take my kids for their annual shots and they said they can't get me in till the end of aug. School starts on aug 6. So I ask them to give me a note saying they can't see my kids till then so they can attend school. They refused to do that also. So I asked them if I can request their records so I can transfer them to another pediatrician that can take them and have better customer service they said I have to submit a form at their office and it takes 5-7 business days. The office I wanted them transfer the records to is literally down the hall from their office. So please don't take your kids to this pediatrician. Customer service here is nonexistent. I was also promised a call from their office manager yesterday and never happened. When I called back today they told me that she was on vacation lol........ read more

I have been bringing my daughter to this clinic for over 5 years now and I am very satisfied. The doctors and nurses are thorough, kind, and attentive. I wish I could find the like for myself! I can always get an appointment when I need one. The wait is usually reasonable, though in flu season they get backed up a bit. I've never felt disrespected or unimportant. After a disheartening experience with my son's old pediatricians' office, yesterday, my son had his first visit to Nurture Pediatrics with Dr. Lefevre following an ER visit from the day before. Dr. Lefevre was extremely comforting and compassionate towards my situation. She listened to my entire story and touched based on every symptom he was having. She referred my son out for further testing, putting my mind at ease, should there be an issue beyond infection, she would find it. From my first call to the office to schedule his appointment, the promptness of getting him seen the same day enough though he was not an established patient, the kind front desk employees, to the attentiveness of the medical assistant and MD, ​I would recommend Nurture Pediatrics to any parent for their child. read more

Love all the doctors!! Tara is wonderful also. We drive an hour away to see them. When my son was around 8 months he got real sick and every other doctor I took him to said he had a cold. I took him to doctor fullar and she ran a bunch a test on him and found out he had rsv, pneumonia, and a double ear infection. I love them and I will be taking my son their for a long time. read more

My boys have been with Nurture for 12 yrs. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

When I gave birth to my son Dr. Bottoms came and talked to me about Nurture Pediatrics. She made me feel comfortable when my son was not gaining and help me stay calm. She recommended breast feeding classes because I chose to breast feed. She was so supportive and reminded me that I am doing the best for my baby, when a lot of people downed me for breast feeding. Since having my son I have moved but I still continue to drive and hour and a half to every appointment. She has been there since my son's birth and I will stay with Nurture Pediatrics until he is 18. I absolutely love Nurture Pediatrics. read more
