Having Sarah there with me for my birth was the best decision I could have made. It was by far my most challenging birth, and she helped me every step of the way. She always made sure she was trying to do something to help keep me comfortable, help baby get into a better position, or just offer me encouragement when I was sure I couldn't do it anymore.
