Not only that, but he came just a couple hours after the adjuster left. He did a great job removing the tree limb and getting our roof secure. Then he came back in less than two weeks to repair our roof and patch the area with new shingles. One other company that finally returned our call couldn't have done the job for weeks and would have been more expensive. Brandon had let us know that the new shingles wouldn't quite match our old ones, but that seemed to be a supply issue. Not a big deal since it's the back of the house and not easily visible anyway. I was impressed that they came to Richmond all the way from Fredericksburg, and if they were running late due to traffic, Brandon was good to let us know. Brandon and his partner were hard-working, polite, considerate, and willing to work around our schedule. They were reasonably priced and the final cost closely matched their estimate. I would recommend them.

A++++++++ I can't…read morerecommend **Toler Home Solutions** enough. Tim and his brother John are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They came out for what I thought was a fairly straightforward job, but instead of rushing through it, they took the time to carefully inspect my roof and pointed out multiple issues that had been overlooked. They found missing and improperly installed components, workmanship problems, and several areas that should have been addressed when my home was built. As a homeowner, it's frustrating to discover these kinds of issues only 3 years later. My experience with the original construction and inspection of my Clayton home left me with a lot of unanswered questions, because many of these problems should never have made it past a final inspection. What impressed me most about Tim and John was that they didn't just point out the problems--they explained everything clearly, fixed the issues correctly, and made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. It's rare to find contractors who genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting the job done. If you're looking for trustworthy, skilled handymen who take pride in their work and treat your home like it's their own, I wholeheartedly recommend **Toler Home Solutions**. Thank you, Tim and John, for restoring my confidence that there are still contractors who put quality and integrity first. Tim Toler Toler Home Solutions!!! #TolerHomeSolutions #ClaytonHomes

Not only was he extremely accommodating he was also AMAZING when it came to the price. I have to admit I was intimidated by finding and hiring someone since I have zero knowledge and experience on this type of work. Being a single mother I'm always afraid of letting people into my home in general but Felix was respectful, knowledgeable, and fair. He even hung 3 blinds up without cost to me so my daughter and I could sleep in our rooms. Give him a try I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

When we compared his estimate with his competitors, we found his to be the most competitive and fair. As he began work in replacing the vent covers, he ran into "difficulty" finding the right sizes; so, some of the scheduled tasks were delayed until he found a company with the right sizes. But he kept us well-informed during the process. He replaced all 5 of our vents and they look great! At this point, he has not attached the roof tile, but neither has he charged for that. Once that has been satisfied, we would definitely rehire!

I used Master Finisher Services LLC to finish my basement. I learned about this company through the…read morereferral of a friend. After getting several estimates, I chose Mr. Jose Flores because of his track record of projects, expertise, and his integrity. The basement was completely unfinished, as part of a new construction home. The basement only had concrete floors and exposed beams and insulation. Mr. Flores and his team created a beautiful and functional space with multiple rooms, in a matter of approximately four months. Mr. Flores followed the Fairfax County permits/codes and never cut corners. He and his team showed up on time and worked steadily from the beginning to the end of the project. From electrical wiring to plumbing to drywall to flooring, all of Mr. Flores' team were professionals and highly skilled. My basement now includes a kitchenette with granite countertops and beautiful shelving, a den with a built in fireplace, a party room with recessed LED lighting, a gym with ample wattage for electrical equipment, and a full bathroom. Mr. Flores' work in my basement is far superior to the finished basement package that my home builder initially offered. Though the pricing was in the same price range as my home builder, the outcome by using Master Finisher Services LLC is FAR more curated and personalized to my needs and style. I remain grateful for how professional and dedicated Mr. Flores was to getting my project done and done right. His attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the basement. I have no regrets and have referred this company to many family, friends, and colleagues. Five out of five stars.

We hired Carlos and his crew to remodel our master bathroom. They did a great job and really came…read morethrough for us in many respects. The team rebuilt our shower to remove a leak, tiled the shower, the toilet area and the floor of the bathroom and executed our design perfectly. Maybe one of the best compliments I can give is how easily they adapted to issues along the way. For example, when the main water valve to the whole house showed signs of a problem, they replaced it for us. When the water valves for the vanities didn't fit the new structures, they moved the valves and made it work. When the light fixtures needed to be raised, the crew took care of it without any complaint. Carlos gave us the best price by far for anyone who gave us an estimate and he fit the work into a busy schedule. Carlos adjusted the price as the project went on removing costs when we supplied materials or removed items from the plan. He also charged us fairly for the extra tasks such as fixing the house's main water valve. If there is 1 area I would suggest for improvement it is making sure questions about work that needs to happen are laid out before the day work is necessary. As an example, on a Monday morning I was asked where I wanted the step into the bath tub placed because the workers wanted to install the step that day. That was not a question I could answer on the spot; I needed to consult with my wife on the final decision. What's more, we would have had all weekend to consider the options if we had known the question ahead of time. This type of last minute response came up a few times throughout the project and created a bit of frustration and stress. The above suggestion is but one small issue compared to the great work Carlos and his team did on the rest of the project. His men were polite and professional at all times. The crew adapted well as the project moved along and did everything asked of them. They completed a rather intricate tiling project along with everything else. The work took longer than we anticipated but I think that is normal for these projects. Carlos and his crew are skilled in a variety of projects. I expect they will be our first call the next time we renovate any party of our home. I recommend their work and feel confident you will encounter the same good experience we had.
