Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

I first called Junior to replace and repaint two doorframes. My tenant said the work looked good,…read moreso I called them a few months later for the installations of a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher. Gave me a quote for $350, labor only. During the work, they suggested a new piping for the dishwasher, which I agreed. I was shocked when I got the bill with the labor charge almost doubled, to $600. I didn't complain and paid. A few months later, I found out the door frame replaced had paint peeling really bad, in less than 8 months. I sent Junior the pictures and asked him to fix it. The quote for the doorframe was to replace the wood. Jr's excuse was "the [new] paint was too strong to stick and peeled off the old paint." Who would paint over old rotten paint? I guess they didn't replace the wood nor sand the old paint off before painting with new paint. That is just poor quality of work. After almost two months, no replies, no repairs. Really disappointed. Poor workmanship and no guarantee of work.

By the next morning, we had locked in an appointment for the following day. Ian showed up as promised. He wasn't bothered by our dogs and went right to work on the plumbing issue. We were so happy with the work that we hired Kenny to tear down the popcorn ceiling in our basement and rehang sheetrock, redo all of our electrical, pull up our carpeting in three bedrooms and put down bamboo floors, put in security cameras, refinish our front door, etc. All told, with materials and labor, we had them do well over 30K worth of work. Without a seconds hesitation, I would hire them again. No contractor is perfect but what I liked the most about Kenny was that I felt like I could trust him. If there was a problem, or I wasn't happy with something, Kenny always made good on it. Even after the last payment was made, if there was a problem, Kenny has come back to take care of it. We have additional work that we are planning to start in the next few weeks and I have every intention of using Kenny again.
