I had just came out of shopping when me and my Fiancé I could've gave them a 5 star, but as I was asked a question about my Fiancés coffee by a member of staff I was interrupted, by another member of staff very abruptly. They then proceeded to interrupt me once again as I was about to pull my wallet out to pay, as I did they told me to pay again which once again was very abrupt. (It wasn't busy by the way) The staff looked as though they were bothered and didn't want to be there. As another member of staff who was wiping down the sides placed my tray on it. It added suction to the tray, which as they placed the coffee on it added more. As I picked up the tray it didn't move which caused my coffee to spill, instead of offering to refill it as it says on their signs "If your coffee doesn't make you happy we'll make you another one!" They looked on and I swear I saw another member of staff sniggered. Although this happened I enjoy the atmosphere in there, but unfortunately staff behaviour and service failed this. So unfortunately I give it a rating of 2 Stars
