My mother signed a contract for a fence totaling $9,200. We paid $8,200 upfront. After months of delays, repeated promises, and numerous scheduled completion dates that were not met, demands for more money the project remains unfinished. Throughout the project, we received multiple explanations for the delays, but the fence was still not completed. We have saved our contract, text messages, photographs, and Ring camera recordings documenting the timeline and the condition of the project. Because the work was not completed as agreed, we have terminated the contract, requested a full refund of the money paid, and have consulted an attorney regarding our legal options. This post reflects our personal experience. We encourage anyone considering hiring this company to do their own research, ask for references, verify licensing and insurance, and carefully review any contract before making a payment. I actually ended up getting a new garage door opener and replaced my antiquated garage door system entirely for a fair price. They offer their own garage door openers-- I ended up getting a LiftMaster. They also offer a pretty long warranty on their labor. The technician was well informed and kept in touch with me the whole time. There was a bit of unforeseen delay with my scheduled work but they communicated early and worked around my schedule. Pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend them for your garage door project.

For this project, Jeff built supports for a bar countertop we were having installed. I usually need welding and iron work done to support large commercial washers and dryers but that work was already done by our previous contractor (whom I'll never use again). I had them remove the shower insert, move a shower wall into the closet, redesign the closet, and tile the shower. They were great about laying down sheets, so no dirty shoes or dust were on the floors. Walter checked in at every major stage and resolved any issues as they came up. Absolutely would Recommend them to others, and will definitely be using them to renovate our second bathroom in the future!
