Katie helped make our wedding magical!…read more We were introduced to Katie from a glowing recommendation from a family friend. Looking over her portfolio and website, we liked her photography style and appreciated the transparency of her packages. We met up with her in person at a café to chat and instantly enjoyed her relaxed personality & could tell she was experienced and professional. As we planned our wedding timeline, Katie was communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had. On the big day, she arrived early and met us eagerly at our specific locations for group photos and for the first look. Katie gave us great direction for posing and made us feel very relaxed taking all the photos! Throughout the day, she was present and actively taking wonderful photos but was not intrusive in any way (I've seen photographers at weddings be attention grabbing). Once we got our wedding photos back, we were blown away about how nice they turned out! We are truly grateful to Katie for so masterfully capturing the best day of our lives. If you're looking for a skilled, easy to work with photographer, we highly recommend Katie! Thank you so much, Katie!

I couldn't be happier with Kiona's work. When I went looking for a videographer I knew what I…read morewanted but knew nothing about hiring someone to do it. I went through a service that subbed the job out to Je Studios. The price was great - $450 for a four hour shoot with minimal editing. Kiona contacted me ahead of time to talk about what I wanted; she showed up at the venue early and got her stuff set up; she recorded the event with two cameras; she was unobtrusive in getting the recording but still managed to get all the people and events. Although I had only asked for raw footage, she edited together coverage from the two cameras into a very professional looking video. And lastly, she delivered the link to the video on the 6th day after my event. I don't know what else she could have done. I am a very happy customer!

My seller client is so happy that I brought one of the best photographers to prepare the listing package of sharp and brilliant photos and aerial videos of their home. Burhan has a clear idea of the best angle to present each room and highlight the best features of the house. On top of being an exceptional professional, he Is the warmest and most caring person I've collaborated with. He clearly understood my client's obstacles and worked around them with the most kind and patient approach. Once I uploaded the photos and simply spectacular aerial video in the MLS and on all SM platforms, I had a huge response from the agents scheduling showings for their clients. Thanks to Buthan's work, I generated 20 showings for my seller client within 2.5 days, and by the end of day 3 secured the offer with $75k above the asking price with no contingencies at all. I credit this success to the beautiful work Vibrant City Media has done for me and my client. If you are a RE agent please give yourself a favor and hire Burhan. He has extensive experience being a 2nd generation photographer/videographer and has a keen eye on even the smallest details to make sure your listing photos/videos get the maximum exposure and capture attention in the MLS and on Social Media. He's the owner of another business featuring lifestyle photos/videos, Nova Photo Works. Thank you, Burhan for being a great partner and bringing it ALL to create the best product! Bryant Payden was easy to work with, very professional and courteous, is a highly skilled technical photographer, and, most importantly, has the eye of an artist. He also had good advice and contacts for other services related to my attempt at for sale by owner. I would highly recommend using his company and services. He arrived when he said he would, his estimate of how long the photo session would take was spot on, and he delivered the pictures when he said he would. Besides the photos he also set up a website for our home and a video photo tour. The cost was very reasonable, but most importantly, the quality and value delivered exceeded my expectations.
