My seller client is so happy that I brought one of the best photographers to prepare the listing package of sharp and brilliant photos and aerial videos of their home. Burhan has a clear idea of the best angle to present each room and highlight the best features of the house. On top of being an exceptional professional, he Is the warmest and most caring person I've collaborated with. He clearly understood my client's obstacles and worked around them with the most kind and patient approach. Once I uploaded the photos and simply spectacular aerial video in the MLS and on all SM platforms, I had a huge response from the agents scheduling showings for their clients. Thanks to Buthan's work, I generated 20 showings for my seller client within 2.5 days, and by the end of day 3 secured the offer with $75k above the asking price with no contingencies at all. I credit this success to the beautiful work Vibrant City Media has done for me and my client. If you are a RE agent please give yourself a favor and hire Burhan. He has extensive experience being a 2nd generation photographer/videographer and has a keen eye on even the smallest details to make sure your listing photos/videos get the maximum exposure and capture attention in the MLS and on Social Media. He's the owner of another business featuring lifestyle photos/videos, Nova Photo Works. Thank you, Burhan for being a great partner and bringing it ALL to create the best product! We needed our home near Mount Vernon photographed and videoed for placing on the MLS for sale, and we were impressed with Lammshots' Profile and photos, plus their videos were outstanding for real estate. In this day and age, finding a photographer and videographer who knows how to make the right calls for the proper shots and have that work not just for social media but for higher-end real estate listings, was important to us. Our last home sale photos were good but we had no videos, and we felt that wasn't as impressive. This time, we were doing the photography portion ourselves, before using an agent to list, and Josh was flexible about the scheduling, despite his international work travels. He was responsive, thorough, a good listener, helped us work through how to photograph the outdoor waterfront property as well as our larger home for sale, and he took the extra time to ensure it was all really polished and in its best final formatting for each item. His pricing is very reasonable, and he'll work with you depending on your needs and what he "sees" when on location, to have it all look its best. We are very pleased with our final products.
