They were the ONLY company that returned my calls and emails, following through to fruition!! Easy Renovations immediately understood my strange request.  They were consistently prompt and professional! The start date was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time.  They arrived right on time on the first day and were ready to begin instantly!  They were nothing but professional, friendly and respectful as they worked!!  I NEVER had to ask them to clean up.  At the finish of each day, the project area was cleaned such that it looked like it did when they first came in, sometimes better!!!  When they had finished the project, it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned!!  It looked as if it was already part of the house!!!  I was truly impressed with all aspects of Easy Renovation's execution, from idea to completion!! Everyone was thorough and courteous throughout the project.  Many thanx, to Eric, Heberto, Kayla and all Easy Renovation employees who were a part of this wonderfully successful job!!

Very professional, energetic, and super quick in taking action. I had wind storm damages and, at first, the insurance company was not approving a full replacement stating the roof did not fail their brittleness test. G&F went the extra mile, to go on the roof the second time, mark all damages, document everything with high-resolution pictures, and prepare a very detailed report. The adjuster, after looking at the report, did not even take a day to change his decision and approved a full replacement. Super satisfied with their work and service. They showed up when they said they would, kept us updated, and answered all of our questions along the way. I really liked working directly with the owner from start to finish--I was never passed off to anyone else and he always picked up my calls. The estimate and contract process were both online and super easy. The roof looks amazing and the trim wrap really cleaned up the outside of the house. The new gutters look so much better then the old ones, and it's nice knowing we won't have to worry about cleaning them out all the time. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush anything. You can tell they care about doing the job right instead of just getting to the next project. It's hard to find a contractor like that anymore. They didn't cut any corners with the roof and made sure the shingles were high quality. If you're looking for a roofing company or need gutters, covers, or trim work in Northern Virginia, I'd definitely recommend Kraus Remodeling. We would use them again in a heartbeat
