There's a condiment bar with vinegars, seasoning salts, hot sauces etc. Unfortunately, out of the two pieces of fish we received, one was completely boneless and the other one was full of bones. I picked out about 6-8 bones from one piece of fish. Maybe I was the lucky one that received the one fillet that was not checked for pinbones. With that reason, I have to give them a 4/5.
