He briefly explained what he would be doing and told me it would take about an hour. Shortly after 3 PM the work was complete. Joseph made sure there was no broken glass both in the vehicle and on the ground. In my opinion, being 73, Joseph and Villages Auto Glass is OLD SCHOOL Customer Service.
