The prices are about the same as a pair of UGGs but quality compared to UGG boots is subpar, like you can tell the boots wouldn't hold up in inclimate weather. The sole of the shoe is not even rubber, so I imagine they are going to wear down pretty quickly. I try not to wear them in the rain too, because they are not slip resistant. However, they will definitely keep your toes warm! Wish they had a more diverse online shop, apparently they only sell and ship their rugs online. He immediately waved us in and started telling us about products that we were looking at. We were immediately attracted to the cute alpaca stuffed animals! Claudius was SO amazing as he took us around to show us all of the different unique colors of the stuffed animals, and even went as far to brush them out to show us how fluffy they could be! I bought Christmas gifts for a friend a dress and a coat that when she tried them on they did not fit. I brought them back to the store with my receipt and the tags still on the coat and the dress. It wasn't like we waited to exchange for months. I didn't even ask for my money back just a fair exchange and she would not do it. My friend was dumfounded also!! Neither of us will step foot in Ann's store ever again under any circumstances. She is not a nice person even though she pretends to be one and she will not refund your money or exchange clothes. Ridiculous and she has nowhere in her store that states -No returns!!! So buy from her at your own risk!!! She made the ridiculous reason that its COVID but I know other people who wanted to return items and with the tags on and it wasn't covid and she would not do it!! Small, crammed Valley shop and now both Valley locations (LILETTE is the other one) are trying to sneak overpriced new merchandise in. And they are downsizing again and moving to a crudier location. Poor quality, poor fashion, poor service. The employees get first dibs and wears of everything. Consignment policies are sneaky and credit invoiced are rarely correct. These people are nothing more than third-party agents taking your value and making a business out of it. They pocket the proceeds even when they have a sale to promote their shop (not your clothes), without your knowledge or consent. You have a sale and my credit suffers? That sucks!

This was our first time in Juneau Alaska. We decided to walk from our cruise ship to this location…read more We got there before it opened. We waited outside the fence. I am glad we did. We found Alaska keychains for twenty cents!! The keychains had popular names on them. They were solar powered to flash off and on. We were able to buy these keychains for everyone we knew. I totally recommend coming here!! It's organized and clean.
