What makes this even more upsetting is watching her ring up other customers using the same form of payment with no issues at all, yet when it comes to me, it feels like new rules are magically created on the spot. The judgmental looks, condescending tone, and the way she speaks to me, my mother, and anyone who comes with me is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should feel targeted, singled out, or treated unfairly while simply trying to shop. After dealing with this behavior repeatedly, it's clear this is not a one-time misunderstanding. Management should not allow employees to treat customers this way. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the entire store. If this behavior continues, I will be speaking directly with management because no paying customer deserves to be treated with this level of disrespect.
