I've had to call a couple times for one reason or another, and Justin is always right on it. I had to call last week because I was forgetful, emptied my grocery cart, and left my purse in the cart. Forty-five minutes later, I realized it, called, got Justin, and it had not been turned in. So he got one of his employees right on it, and it was still out in the parking lot in the grocery basket. I was so grateful to Justin for acting so quickly and for calling me back and delivering "great news," as he put it, and it was. I am grateful to all the shoppers too. Thank you, Justin. You're an amazing employee. I had the pleasure of meeting him when I picked up my purse.

Mother's Nutritional Center is supposed to be a convenient place to purchase California-grown…read moreproduce, but unfortunately my experience has been consistently uncomfortable and frustrating because of one cashier, Makayla. I come to this location several times a month and have been helped by multiple other cashiers with absolutely no issues. However, every single time Makayla rings me up, there is suddenly a "problem" with my transaction. What makes this even more upsetting is watching her ring up other customers using the same form of payment with no issues at all, yet when it comes to me, it feels like new rules are magically created on the spot. The judgmental looks, condescending tone, and the way she speaks to me, my mother, and anyone who comes with me is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should feel targeted, singled out, or treated unfairly while simply trying to shop. After dealing with this behavior repeatedly, it's clear this is not a one-time misunderstanding. Management should not allow employees to treat customers this way. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the entire store. If this behavior continues, I will be speaking directly with management because no paying customer deserves to be treated with this level of disrespect.

Sometimes it's a miss simply because it's a little pricey. I feel that fruits and vegetables can fluctuate more than gas does. Granted, in-season versus not makes a difference, but sometimes you just have to pass. Employees can also be hit-and-miss, especially when it comes to knowledge. Granted, it's a specialty grocer, and there's a lot to learn if you're working here and not really familiar with the very specific questions people might ask. I liked that the employees were really helpful in directing us to different areas of the grocery store. It has everything you need - produce, meats, bread, dairy, seasoning and more. The labelling is what is super helpful in figuring out what items to get. It'll say that it's Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, etc. I find it's so much easier to do look at these labels than to go through the ingredients list in each and every product. Love the atmosphere of sprouts. It's modern and I love how clean it looks. It has a more natural look to it since they use wood along the walls and it feels like I am in a super big farmers market. I definitely will be back to visit this location!

He insisted it's supposed to be one and that I was getting "hooked up" with 2..? But that's not true because Irvine also gives 2 "Chicken". Also it was missing bacon bits.
