I can run, jump, dance, hike, skip and frolic to my heart's content! In addition to helping my heal and rehab my body from the broken leg, Sarah also helped me release and re-pattern old, stuck injuries from years past. So now I can add more things to the things I can do again, like handstands, cartwheels, and (working on) pull-ups. My biggest win recently was a 9 mile hike in Sedona, where I played with handstands on Devil's Bridge! It's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking (yay) and it was easy to find. The studio is absolutely gorgeous -- think modern organic. I feel like a ton of time was put into making this place beautiful. Onto the class, the instructor Jamie, kicked everyone's asses. I'm at a pretty moderate level with using the mega reformer but I love how so many different props were used to maximize the burn (ie. bands, ball, etc.). The counts were slower which I had a love/hate relationship with but I walked out of the class proud and excited to take the next one.
