Not a good first impression. I told they stylist what I was there for and she asked if I wanted the same color. She then began a single process color on my hair. I told her to stop that I wanted highlights. She asked to see my Groupon and said she needed to cover my roots first. When she washed it out I told her the color was dark. She then put it 20 foils and immediately washed them out. It was clearly not a full head of highlights. She was rude and annoyed the entire time. My hair is now a brassy orange at the roots and there are no highlights. Don't go to this salon, rude, awful stylist.

Highly reccommend the actual services themselves. The front desk staff needs some work. In my experience, when you go to a salon and tell the front desk you are here, they go back to get the stylist who takes you to their station. This doesn't happen here, I guess you're supposed to search for your stylist yourself? For a salon that says they are high end, I would expect the front desk to find my stylist for me. Just seems lazy. If the customer service was better, I would give them 5 stars, no question.

I will NEVER go back to this salon!…read more Two o'clock on a Saturday afternoon -- a group of 6 twelve-year-olds were just finishing up. Then my daughter and I sat for our manicures. Should have known something was up -- no other customers came in. The manicure itself was nice but uneventful. No special treatment. The message was a quick back rub. HOWEVER the reason i wlI not return is that they charged $7 --yes $7 --to remove our existing gel polish. I was told it was because we weren't getting another gel manicure. I'm sorry. WHAT??? So my $10 manicure was now $17!!! Times 2 = $34!!!! The girls that worked on us and the guy who did the so called massage must have known I was annoyed and didn't even come to check if our nails had finished drying The man poked his head out. I said thank you and tell the girls to take their tips out of the $14 they charged for removing our gels Which by the way, consisted of each of us soaking our nails in a bowl of cold acetone remover. No foil or cotton was used for that $7 charge.

$85 for a wash, set, trim and deep conditioner... on hair that isn't even that long. Let's start…read morethere. I specifically asked for a wash and blowout because I had to pick up my daughter and grab groceries afterward. I did NOT want rollers because I was already sitting there waiting longer than I expected. Somehow, my request apparently needed a committee meeting. But the best part? While I'm sitting there, the stylist starts talking in Spanish about how she thinks I'm trying to get my hair done quickly so I can leave without paying. Ma'am... WHAT? First of all, I paid. Second of all, I never said I wasn't paying. And third... you picked the wrong customer to have that conversation around because I understand Spanish. Then she gets me in the chair to blow out my hair and continues her conversation in Spanish, talking about smoothies. I casually said, "Yeah, coconut milk is better." The way her face changed... PRICELESS. Listen, speak whatever language you want. I have absolutely no issue with that. But if you're going to have conversations about your customer while the customer is sitting right there, maybe make sure the customer doesn't understand what you're saying first. I paid my $85, got my hair done, and left. But the actual service was overshadowed by the attitude, the unnecessary assumptions, and the disrespect. The $85 was expensive. The entertainment was free. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing either again.
