Super professional team of professionals aiming to fit you with the best solution for your home tinting needs. The estimator came prepared to measure with samples in different shades along with an expert knowledge of film types and qualities. The quote was competitive, but ultimately we had some blockers to moving forward at this time. read more

Working with Chase from Nu-Vue was a breeze. We had measured our windows so Chase was able to give us a quote over the phone for the one way tinting. Then he came to the house and installed a sample so we could see how it works. He accurately remeasured the windows so he could pre-cut the pieces. His crew showed up on time and installed the tint. We are able to see out the windows and people on the outside have a difficult time seeing any details of what is inside. We love the tinted windows and would use Nu-Vue again read more

I moved into a new place with great west facing window views, however too much UV rays. NU-VUE Window Films had the solution 99+% UV blocking with very little color change to my outside view. 6 windows, 2 glass doors, & 2 glass sky lights. I also had them put reflective film on my clear glass front door, to provide some privacy. I'm very happy with them & their process from on site visit to install work, professional, courteous, & cleaned up as they went along. read more

I had no idea how important it was to tint your home windows until the guy installing my solar told me about it. And honestly with the heat we've been having, the solar is almost pointless because I have had to run my ac 24-7 for the last 2 mos. The entire experience with nuvue was awesome! Hands down one of the nicest, most punctual, professional installers I've ever met. He was able to fit my house in within a week of calling, and it only took a couple hours to complete the entire job. Since we've been reaching triple digits out in Eastlake he couldn't have come at a better time. In the 2 days I've had the tint, my ac has barely come on at all. With the exterior temperatures reaching 90+ degrees outside, my interior temperature has stayed a comfortable mid 70s. All of our windows face east and west. Every single one. Typically my ac is on before I even come down stairs with the temp reaching 80+ by 8 am. I would recommend Nuvue to any home owner, I wish I had done this year's ago! The pricing is so inexpensive, usually home projects cost and arm and a leg. But you'll love a much COOLER house and a smaller electric bill! read more

NU-VUE Window Films - Home Window Tinting Near Me - Escondido, California

Nu-Vue Window Films is THE BEST company to use. From the beginning, working with Don to secure the right film to meet our needs was efficient. Don "cut to the quick"and showed two films but easily narrowed it to one. The price was reasonable for the amount of windows we had done and the savings we will have on the electric bill. We mainly want to keep the house cooler as summer approaches with a longer sunset time. The technicians , Randy and Jacob, did an outstanding installation. Precise, polite, unobtrusive and informative. I immediately noticed how the film cut the glare and made the environment more restful on the eyes. I highly recommend this company. We are extremely satisfied. read more

Wife & I recently completed a total home remodel overseen by Marrokal Design & Remodeling (separate review). In dining/kitchen area of home we have two windows on North side. At Dixieline we selected clear glass for these windows. During past year we came to regret this decision. Privacy required closing blinds which reduced daylight. On South side of home, we had selected rain/Cascade glass which provided both privacy and daylight. We wished to have same solution on North side windows. We contacted Best Value Glass regarding replacing clear glass with rain/Cascade. Cost estimate received was $880. For perspective, that amount is significantly more than what we paid to receive both window assemblies from Dixieline. Our Marrokal project manager recommended window film as a more cost-effective solution. We were hesitant as every window washer bills themselves as experts in window filming. Best Value Glass recommended Nu-Vue as best in the business. Wife & I are so happy with the recommendation and result! Window filming is Nu-Vue's entire business. Hence, they have experienced, specialized staff. Also, Nu-Vue has access to extensive product lines of window filming. I had no idea there was special films for anti-graffiti, solar reduction, etc. Nu-Vue had films which were almost a perfect match to rain/Cascade glass. Rigo visited our home to take measurements and create job estimate. Upon acceptance of quote, Jason visited our home to install films. Rigo & Jason were both friendly, courteous and professional! Total cost including initial site visit, product and expert installation was $307. Wife & I love the result and marvel each day at the wonderful solution! If you need window films, I recommend Nu-Vue as your one source! read more

We operate a salon suites operation in Poway. We had a couple salon professionals on the south side of the building getting hit hard by sunlight and working their HVAC system overtime. I called and talked with John, and he came right out to quote us. John showed up on time, prepared with samples, and we chose what we wanted. The proposal was accurate and timely. We chose some Ceramic 50 film which will cut our heat by 50% without darkening the windows much at all. Dennis, the installer, showed up on time, called in advance as requested, did a great job on the installation, left after reinstalling blinds and cleaning up after himself. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend this company for your home or business. read more

Great product easy install. Recommend them for any residential structure. On time And professional.

We used Nuvue for window film on our home's large windows to our kitchen and sun room. We noticed damage to our floors and excessive heat and wanted a solution. Don was very helpful in our home consultation and we selected ClearVu transitional film. We also picked a full privacy film for a window that serves as a bathroom wall. It came out great and we are very very pleased so far. The product seems great and the follow up in receiving warranty from the manufacturer by Nuvue was appreciated. I am considering more windows at my business now as well and will definitely use Nuvue. read more

After enduring the summer heat and seeing my pictures fading in a matter of a few months, I decided to get my home windows tinted. I contemplated doing it myself, but after researching window film, I realized it would be best to go with a pro (35 Windows). Next, I researched window film, and decided on 3M's Prestige 70. 3M has very high standards and only deals with Nu Vue in San Diego. I requested more information and was called later that day by Nu Vue and set up an appointment for the next day. Don came out and measured and showed the various films. Not a pushy salesman at all, and I decided to go with the most expensive/top quality film despite him showing less expensive samples. We set up the instillation a few days later. Ariel and his crew showed up on time! Very knowledgeable and pleasant gentleman/crew! They did an excellent job and left the home clean and put back perfectly. So far the windows look great, and much better than a diy job. I am a firm proponent of getting what you pay for. Highly recommend Nu Vue! read more

We found Nu-vue at the del mar home show. We had them install a privacy screen film on our French doors and a few other Windows. We had them quote us a window tint / heat shield and we are saving up to have them come back since it was on the pricey side. The privacy film was a little brittle and sensitive however. I accidentally opened the French door towards a lamp and noticed a thick scratch on the film. Took 1 star off for the screen/film quality, however the customer service was great and price reasonable. We recommend them. read more

I've been wanting my windows tinted since I bought my townhouse last year. What a difference it makes. The windows look amazing! I love this company. Friendly, professional, courteous and on time. A great value and a great look on my new home. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. Thanks again! read more

Don came out and gave us a quote. Very nice guy and not a pushy sales person at all. He quoted a very reasonable price. We were able to have them installed the next week. The 2 gentlemen that came out were great as well. They were on time, and called me 10 minutes before they finished so that I had time to come back home before they left. The windows look amazing! The house is cooler and the glare that came in before is almost completely gone! Just as Don said it would. read more

Nu-View applied a mirrored film on our doors for security at my new office. Rigo came by to see the glass doors and gave us a quote the same day, which was much less than I expected. They were able to install the same day that I accepted the quote. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Our doors look great! read more

Nu-Vue did an amazing job and we are really happy with the results. Our condo has many east, south, and west facing dual pane windows so we were always living with the shades down and hot during the summer. Don was first contact and he was polite and professional and did the estimate fairly, and even gave us a discount for military service. The crew of Ariel, Andres, and Chase were professional, courteous and efficient and did a great job with the installation. Really great results and wish we had done this a long time ago. The condo is cooler and now we don't have to freak out that our furniture will fade if we leave a blind open on a sunny day. Worth every penny. read more

Don't use the word awesome much unless appropriate. Film installers Randy and Garrett were professional and knowledgeable. Finish product looks awesome! read more

AMAZINGGG!! I absolutely love my windows with the Frosted Fall film! It gives me the perfect amount of privacy at night without blocking the daytime light. I was worried about choosing the right film, it's reliableness with adhering to the window, and if someone could even do it properly on 5x5 ft windows nearly 20ft high up. Would there be a visible seam, bubbles, would it start to slip off??? It's been over 2 months, and I'm still in awe of how beautifully Randy & Dennis installed my film! It started off with Rigo calling me to walk me through their website to choose what films I was interested in. Then he came by with samples of my choices and to look at the windows I needed the film on. Rigo not only answered my questions, but he did so without pressuring me to commit and was extremely patient with talking through the pros and cons of each film I was considering. When I finally nailed it down, Randy and Dennis came by to do the install. I couldn't believe how easily he balanced on the ladder that high up to meticulously adhere the film to the window. They also ensured I was happy about the placement and angle of the print I chose. From Misty and Tracy at the home office to Rigo's consultation, and Randy & Dennis' install, the process (& film) was seamless! I'm so very thankful for the kindness, expertise, and professionalism of the team in giving me the window covers I hoped for! read more

Nu-Vue window films is an amazing company. I have a window in shower that needed privacy and this company offered the perfect solution. Marisa accommodated my schedule last minute, was very knowledgeable, personable and so efficient. The installer arrived promptly, was clearly competent as window looks amazing and was so customer service oriented. The price was reasonable and half the price of Solar art. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I had been debating/dithering for years whether to put up curtains, shutters or solar window film on our west facing windows ... inertia had set in!! I wanted solar film but had mistakenly thought it would distort our lovely view but recently, after hearing glowing reports of solar film and a recommendation of the company from a friend, I called Nu-Vue. Andreas and Ariel came to measure up and prepare an estimate. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and left me with samples and recommendations as to which film would best suit five big windows upstairs and downstairs. I went with their recommendations, the work was scheduled a few weeks ahead and the process went smoothly. The young men did a great job, worked quickly and skilfully, left no mess - it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Three months on I am really happy with the results, the film has greatly reduced the heat in the living rooms and there is absolutely no distortion. It has also made it possible to watch TV during the day - something we appreciated when our grandchildren came to stay and the heat outside drove everyone inside to collapse! read more

I recently purchased a home and noticed after we moved in, the film on the windows had been (attempted to be) removed and a layer was left behind causing scratches with just the touch of a finger nail. I called Nu-Vue and Tracy promptly returned my phone call and was extremely courteous and helpful. Gregg came to my home the following day and removed the remaining film leaving my windows looking like new! Thank you Nu-Vue for the excellent customer service and a job well done. I will be recommending your services highly. read more

Nu-Vue Window Films is an outstanding company. I have done one huge and several small windows with them and was very happy with the results. I think they have both - knowledgeable managers/appraisers and very good installers. In my case, I had a broken faucet next to a window that over time sprayed a thin layer of hard water on the glass, which created a calcium film. I initially thought that it was due to Nu-Vue's work and called them to take a look. They showed up the same day and diagnosed the problem at no-charge. Now that is one good customer service! Will 100% use Nu-Vue Window Films, Inc. on my next project! read more

I had window film installed in my home in my home in Louisiana about 20 years ago. When I moved to Rancho Mirage California, I sought-out someone who could do the same type of installation in my new home. I am so thankful to have found Nu-Vue Window Films Inc. They didn't have to sell me on the product because I knew first hand how the film would cut the heat and UV. What they provided was first-class service and installation. Thank you so much. read more

Great quality and results. Andreas and Chase gave great service...professional, cheerful and efficient.

What a great solution for privacy instead of shutters. Mariza came to measure and in one week we had then perfectly installed. They look amazing!! We used the gradient type, so that we still have a view on the top and opaque at the bottom. Great product! Great company! read more

Our experience with Nu-Vue was as fast and easy as it gets! We called regarding window tint on a large front window of our home. Per our HOA, tinting is allowed but it cannot have a mirrored appearance. I called Don at Nu-Vue who assured me that there was window tinting that fit my needs and he could install it the next day. The cost was reasonable and the installer was polite, friendly and efficient. We love the way it looks and our privacy issue has been solved. If we decide to have other windows tinted in our home, we will definitely call Nu-Vue again. read more
