I came prepared with quarters and my credit cards but they only accept cash to pay for their own card that you can only use there and it costs $3 to get the card, then you can load $ to the card to pay to use the washers and dryers. I ended up adding too much for the dryers. They work really well and I didn't know that much $ but oh well. We ended up paying $25 for washing 5 loads and drying 5, they're big enough that we could fit 5 loads in 4 dryers. I'll try to plan better next time. The employees leave at 5:00 and they ask that the last load be added at 8:00 because their doors are automatically locked at 9:00.

I don't really have any high expectations for a dry cleaner; basically please be polite and provide clean shirts. I wouldn't say there's anything terribly polite about the interaction you get here, but it's not a problem. Just a transaction like at the grocery store. Good enough. Unfortunately, providing my shirts back clean was the problem. You might expect that my complaint is cleanliness of the shirts. Nope! Instead, they just simply didn't provide me my shirts. After arriving back to retrieve my shirts, I was told that they weren't able to find them. They said they would call at the end of the day after doing a search of the rack. They called and said they didn't find them. Okay. Things happen. They'll show up in the next day or two I'm sure. Then I contacted them a couple days later asking about these missing shirts. I'm told that they don't see them and to call in the next morning and ask them to search the rack. I then go in again and no shirts. I leave them my name and number and they say they will call when they find them. Another week later, no call. So I go in and ask again and sure enough the shirts are there finally...this is now nearly three weeks after taking them in and still no one has called me to tell me they are there. I was very irritated that no one could take the time to call and inform me. I explained this and was told "I'm sure the owner just figured you would come back in". I then asked for the owner to still call me about the incident if he wanted my business in the future. I said I would give them a week. I have given them a week and now I'm writing this review with no call. I would be shocked if the owner of this place even pays attention to their Yelp reviews, but if you do check it, please feel free to give me a call to explain how this incident occurred and how things are going to be handled differently in the future. As of now, you've lost a solid customer. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll lose plenty more.
