Plus, with two Powerwalls, our entire home is fully backed up during an outage, giving us total peace of mind. One of the coolest parts of this setup is the visibility. The system helped us pinpoint exactly where a lot of our energy usage was stemming from. Now, we are able to load shift our power usage to different times of the day, allowing our solar to sell way more energy back to the grid! A massive shoutout to Sam Cochran, who guided us through the entire process. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made what could have been a complicated project feel completely seamless. There is no one in charge of the project and you speak to someone new each time and there never seems to be any follow through. They did not show up for the site assessment and ended up having to reschedule after we waited all day for their arrival. We have had multiple phone calls asking for the same thing and each time it is promised to be done right away, but never gets done. If I could just cancel the contract at this point I would as I have no faith that it is going to get done right or on time. I am not thrilled that my warranty is going to be dependent on a company that fails to do what they say. David J. Harter Hutto, Texas
